What do you like best about the product?
I love that Quickbase allows my organization rapidly develop and deploy applications. The platform is flexible enough to meet a wide range of needs in my organization and allows highly customizable security controls.
What do you dislike about the product?
QuickBase offers extensive customization options, and complex customizations often require advanced technical knowledge or assistance from hired external service providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization uses the platform to track employee records and manage workflows involving internal and external users. We also use it to allocate and track physical assets.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create flows, strong BI, makes the days easier on the inter-communication

Quickbase is a flexible solution that can be adapted to a variety of situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quickbase is clunky and requires a lot of clicks to get simple things done. It has a very particular, and often non-user friendly, workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickbase allows for adding comments to metrics to determine root causes for events.
Good Product - Poor Admin Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility the product offers allows nearly infinite possibilities for solutions to meet your needs. The feature set is rich and powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Administration is painful for managing roles and user permissions. In some cases similar and related settings are distributed in various locations. It is not simple to remember how to configure users and groups if you are trying to do it occassionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it primarily for management of project tasks and assets. It helps us track manufacturing and customer deliveries as well as what inventory we have in the field.

What do you like best about the product?
We can track people, products and time information and create the automated report with drill-down capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, we can't download all the reports in the Excel version.

Tracking onboarding and offboarding information of the people.

What do you like best about the product?
The responsive and knowledgeable tech support. I knew nothing when I built a couple of tables and now I have over 25 tables with 1000 of fields and relationships - Tech support guided me every step!
What do you dislike about the product?
The way Quickbase keeps changing the prices and how we use it. Not as simple any longer to just add or take away a user based on needs.

They have solved no issues in a while but are always responsive to tickets and solve anything right away

That is easy to use and intuitive. Anyone can start using it without reading a manual or guide
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the navigation is finicky and you have to save in order to continue. I would prefer if the application would automatically update instead if requiring you to save pages in order to show more settings.

Not much to be honest.. Maybe a bit slow when an app becomes too big..
