Vonage Communications - Simple and reliable phones and phone system management
What do you like best about the product?
EASY to use, admin interface includes all items logs naturally, easy to swap phones and configure user accounts. The texting just worked, and was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
the customer support was lackluster and it was a separate product- causing it to ultimately be too expensive for us to use and go for a more integrated solution. The texting doesnt include campaign messaging, so this was a feature we wanted to have as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
phone call, texting solution. It was also used for internal pings and communications, but not we use teams. Every company needs a good calling/ texting platform.
Vonage business for seamless connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage is er yeasy to use and very simple to implement. Even the customer support is fantastic

AI Driven features and Expensive compare to other service provider

Vonage system helped us in seamless communication with our customers and also gave good plans for international calling option
It could be better, but it works for now!

the time it takes to download bulk files and the storage capacity sucks

Its keeping track of all of our company's recordings in a neat and organized way

What do you like best about the product?
The best software at present time for the recruitment industry. The great thing about Vonage is its UI, which is very easy. You can use Vonage on a computer and mobile phones simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't reply to a text message from a candidate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can get directly in touch with the candidate. Easily explain everything to the candidate. It is the best option to understand the candidate's emotions.
Wonderful Tool for Calling and Texting Globally
What do you like best about the product?
Sending text including adding snapshot/pictures also it is very easy to use with great customer support including multiple features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to say the texting issue as sometimes i am unable to send text on some US numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to use tool and helping us to connect our applicantes easily via texting and calling.
Vonage used as a communication tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the option to send messages and quality of calls. The options to pull reports was also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is very helpful, however it is very simple, the UI is also very simple compared to other tools.

communicating overseas and messaging and pulling call reports.
Easy to use and allows me to call and text from anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily call or text from anywhere from my business phone number without having to worry about being in my office to receive and make calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it automatically opened when starting my computer.

It is solving the previous inability to receive and make calls from my business number when not directly in my office.
One of the most useful dialer
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage offers one best features among others that we can keep a check on our daily number of calls and segregates them in proper categories and also tells about your talk time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful feature in Vonage is that when a incoming call appears it does not allows us to copy the number. Sometimes there are no name on numbers and it will make things easy if we can copy those numbers and search them in our database to find who is calling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage is really helping us to track our daily calling performance efficiently and keep a self performance track from "Reports".
Good VOIP product
What do you like best about the product?
Very User-friendly product with a good number of features. Easy to integrate and implement with the system. Good customer support and frequently used for daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we are on the call, the number will not get copied, and sometimes it becomes a challenge

Constant updates to imporve is highly benefitted.

What do you like best about the product?
Vonage is very useful Voip Application, it has clear voice quality, text messages facility is also very good, it has video calling function also. this is the application i am using frequently. if we face any technical issue, there customer support helps us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is bit Network issue in this application, some time call is hanging up in mid of conversation with the candidates,
