IBM MQ packed with great features and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like this platform, it offers many functions, such as messaging service storage and transmission processing, and it can operate very quickly. It can transfer a large amount of data efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform is good, and there is nothing to complain about. Everything is excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The message queue and asynchronous communication between services were what we needed since we implemented them to increase the efficiency of our services.
Easy to use asset management solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is an ERP solution that works very well and provides flexibility and ease in all its functionalities. I like the wide range of reports that can help make decisions, and IBM Maximo is great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad. It is an excellent software that covers our work needs.

We work with IBM Maximo mainly for application administration and asset management, and everything is positive.
Excellent software to manage inventory and workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like its features, like the inventory manager and the way to sign up and receive orders. I also wanted the possibility of customising the design of the applications and being able to configure them easily in the database.

I would have liked the implementation to be less complex

It is software that helps us manage workflow and inventory, track orders, and get a time baseline.
IBM Maximo is the best choice for asset management
What do you like best about the product?
It helps generate custom asset reports and keeps many assets in the application. I like how easy it is to manage and that it shows details about individual assets.

The user interface should be more user-friendly to work with the tool more quickly.

Reports on order management, resources, inventory management, capital expenditures and maintenance.
One of the best easy to use asset management software
What do you like best about the product?
I like this software, it's great for managing our assets, and it's mighty and easy to use. It is a product that keeps improving and covers many areas to execute trades.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be better just because the rest of the platform works perfectly.

IBM Maximo is still a great program to manage our inventory and help us with purchase orders in different fields or to carry out in-depth control and preventive maintenance.
Tool built for the measurement of assets and activities in the company
What do you like best about the product?
I like this enterprise asset management tool. It is very modern and uses outstanding technology to manage all assets and perform preventive maintenance and tracking.

I found this great software very good and complete, so I don't have any problem.

It does a great job of managing assets and ensuring that all work is balanced correctly and maintained.
IBM Maximo good tool to create tickets quite easily
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it looks good, and the icons are perfect. I also liked the drop-down menus; it makes everything relatively easy to navigate in its UI. We have also used the monitor and gauges and find them to be straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any tool, there are always minor problems to solve, such as open tickets that don't leave a message when they are closed.

IBM Maximo is used for consumer requests and ticket creation. We saw a further increase in workflow, and it's great for keeping track of submissions.
Ideal asset management software for companies with many assets
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's customisable and a robust and complete platform that you won't have enough time to use all its capabilities is excellent and easy to configure for all kinds of tasks and all assets. I like to track and run reports on the status of changes.

At the moment, we have not detected any problem. Apparently, it is a good product.

This software is very good, simple for ticket creation, and easy to use. I liked the work management, and the standard version includes a maintenance scenario and can assign multiple users for easy tracking.

It can be a bit complex at first, especially the implementation and how difficult it was to adapt.
