Very good and effective asset management software for companies
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it can create, modify and uniquely track tickets and you can link the tickets together. This platform is excellent. I liked the asset activity tracking and that it is configurable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see improvements in the way of tracking and that they offer a selection of articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximo has been a good tool when it comes to managing assets, it is capable of doing it in a simple way and today it continues to work very well.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility to add job plans, create pms and adjust them according to a custom calender. For instance, a WO can be deferred in case of unannounced holiday
What do you dislike about the product?
Speed and time to conclude a work order. Opening a work order, changing it's state, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating maintenance schedules, generating concerned service requests and keeping the concern manager upto date and help plan budget and downtime of their respective machines
It made our work easier and lighter. The work load was also less so IBM is good to use.

IBM really help us a lot of our work to make it more easier once you will inout all your data right away once click then submit all is in the system and very easy use.

It is beneficial to all because everything now is doing online services so the IBM is like one of the company that make the job more faster, easy and very convience.

Our online submission it made it all possible easy to do and very quick in all the services they have, less time and less more just one click away and all of it will submit.
IBM Maximo is ease of management with optimal security and greater availability.

It is a very good tool to monitor my work, It is a very user-friendly tool. Accurate follow-up and management of work that saves time and cost. It is a safe and secure tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
Well, always there is room for improvement, As far as my experience it is the best tool available in the market. There is nothing to dislike about this tool, It suits every dimension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization is using IBM Maximo for the project management for one of our projects with Abu Dhabi Distribution Company, And It gives us ease to manage the multiple work orders issued to us. Tracking and updates are efficient and easy. All data and information is available readly.
As I have used Maximo it is very simple and easy to used. You can track any work history easily.
What do you like best about the product?
To check the report on that way if have any discrepancy we can find the exact document and solve the problem.

Everything is fine there is nothing to be disliked.

Maximo is a huge application as i was using create a work order or adding the material number. it's easy for me the track which location we have given how much material.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Maximo to track our outfit and work order requests. I've set up the conservation history reports to help prognosticate outfit failure. I also use it to track hand time and induce reports on individual hand work habits. It would be nice if it could compare time worked from day to day, but it doesn't so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now I don't have any issues with this software, using it make a work easy and accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made innumerous tasks easier. numerous reports can be customized to the requirements of the company. The reports can be used to make opinions to help ameliorate productivity and quality of service while keeping up with conservation and failure prognostications to help any former failures from passing again in the future with detailed in- depth literal reports.

Great for managing corporate assets while it provides automation for most stuff like tracking, forecasting, approval etc.

Nothing at all. Its a great tool to be used on a day to day basis.

IBM Maximo very good and reliable too to manage assets

I like the ability to track orders and reuse work plans. It is excellent for managing assets. Very versatile and complete. I also liked being able to modify and resolve different tickets at the same time.

For now, IBM Maximo delivers what it promised and there is nothing wrong with this product.

Overall IBM Maximo is a very good solution and we needed a way to create maximum assets and maximum positive experience.
