A great tool to expand app license management

What do you like best about the product?
Productiv has the ability to track app user usage in distinct and complementary ways, to assit with renewal downsizing - we all know that every user license we buy isn't always used, or used to its full extent. Productiv helps reveal this with their secret sauce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Productiv is in its early stages of adding a bunch of new features, helping manage purchases, renewals, and overall app licensing. More can be done to include fully functional CASB and Google SSO traceability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right-sizing app licensing and helping to reduce licensing spend.

What do you like best about the product?
As someone who's on Productiv every day, it's very easy to use and gets you from trying to round up your tech stack, to staying on top of your tech stack in almost no time. It integrates very well with most systems, so setup is very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contract processing in the platform isn't perfect, but improvements are always being made and their customer service is impeccable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productiv helps us locate duplicative apps, and apps that we might be spending too much on whether it's because we're overprovisioned, or are paying a higher price than others.

What do you like best about the product?
Productiv's App Procurement Hub has made bringing all of our stakeholders together for SaaS renewals and SaaS intake effortless. It has provided structure to our internal processes while enabling a data-driven approach to our SaaS management.

AppCenter provides a window into our full tech stack for our employees and eliminates not only a significant burden of access fulfillment, but also redundancy in our tech stack as it surfaces existing applications that often fit the needs of users.

Best of all, renewals never sneak up on us anymore. We're always way ahead of the game and that provides an incredible amount of leverage in negotiations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I would consider a dislike. They are constantly adding new features and that often requires me to look for ways to incorporate them. However, our CSM John L., and the rest of the Productiv team always go above and beyond to explain and help us incorporate the features in ways that make the most sense for our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management and distribution of hundreds of SaaS products to our employees.

That it's limited to just software. Can't add notes when adding contracts.

Helpful Procurement Process

What do you like best about the product?
Productiv definitely streamlines the procurement process. It allows us to have a one-stop shop for renewals or requesting new apps instead of trying to keep track of things in multiple places. Being able to integrate with Slack so that everyone involved in the process can see updates is also really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Productiv can be a litle overwhelming for people in our company that only need to use it once or twice. Some things are not as intuitive as they should be for users that are not using the product every day. We also do not get as many "insights" into what we should be paying because there isn't enough data in Productiv yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productiv is allowing us to have our entire procurement process in one place instead of scattered around based on who is involved. For me personally, that alone saves time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
Productiv is a game-changer for managing our SaaS inventory. Its intuitive dashboard offers actionable insights, uncovering shadow IT and highlighting underutilized apps. What do you dislike about the product?
Given that the field of SaaS management is relatively young, it may take time for some organizations to fully integrate and maximize their day-to-day utilization of Productiv. Our experience has been super positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shadow IT discovery, app renewal tracking, and Application engagement data and we are also it as part of our onboarding / off-boarding procedure.

What do you like best about the product?
Finally have one place to go to get SaaS user data without having to bother admins for each individual tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Productiv had more engagement connectors! The direct API engagement data is so rich vs just SSO data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productiv has given us insights in where we are overspending / over provisioned for our SaaS tools - which has saved our company over $300k in 2 years.

What do you like best about the product?
A user friendly platform that provides accurrate data for us to make informed decisions around SaaS budgets, to negotiate contracts well in advance and support alignment to our strategy as an organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a little more refined reporting functionality, which seems to be something that Productiv is putting extra effort into enhancing. They are always very receptive to our feedback and acting on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralisation of all SaaS applications realising efficiencies when renewing SaaS, reconciling entitlement vs usage for informed negotiations with vendors, consolidation of like for like applications and understanding spend and trends across all SaaS, while achieving cost savings, reducing security and non-compliant risks. Allowing software asset managers and stakeholders to carry out higher level tasks.

A Source of Truth for all things SaaS

What do you like best about the product?
I love having a tool that provides a single pane of glass that combined all SaaS-related data including contracts, finance, entitlement vs deployment and HR.

The tool is now our source of truth for managing all our commercial renewals within the organisation, helps drive data-driven insights on cost optimisation activities and as a repository for other pertinent information such as MSAs.

I love having a regular cadence with our fantastic CSM to talk about product experience, give feedback and see how it's being actioned.

Finally, I love being able to use the data extracted within the platform to support our budgeting activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some insights to work effectively, particularly usage information, the tool does rely on having your authentication settings well understood and managed. However this is more of an issue with our own internal maturity rather than the tool itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Our account rep, Zach, is amazing! The tool itself is feature rich and has a lot of promising use cases throughout multiple teams and departments throughout our organization!
What do you dislike about the product?
Data points for engagement connectors could use some attention. Usage reports pulled from each respective SaaS tool's Admin Dashboard, tend to vary slightly from the de-provisioning reports generated by Productiv. One field that is typically left blank equaling the user has simply not logged in for criteria of the report, example, 90days usage report. It would be helpful for our internal audits to actually have the last log in date, instead of it being left blank.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the present, it is serving as an additional benchmarking tool for our SaaS renewals.
