Provides very good insight on our SaaS environment
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Productiv to manage our SaaS portfolio. The Analysis it provides gives us a good directlion, especially when we are in the process of Renewal. Multiple teams have started to collaborate on Productiv and has been very intuitive.
They have an amazing team and our CSM (Zac Fiorella) has been very proactive and most importantly approachable and available when we need.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, except that a few of our requests have taken longer than expected to resolve.

Productiv is getting better and better at providing benchmark data
What do you like best about the product?
As the leader of a Sourcing team, the most useful benefit I receive from Productiv is their pricing benchmark data. They are able to tell me if the pricing I have received is below, at or above median pricing for similarly sized agreements, which puts me in a position to negotiate from a position of confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more around vendor consolidation opportunities. For example, where we have multiple tools that fall into the same category, I would like Productiv to report that information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productiv is providing me and my team with useful price benchmarking information that we are using to negotiate SaaS agreements.

None actually, we can seamlessly integrate our visual collaboration platform with Productive and gain insights on user engagement with our applications.

Insightful tool for Managing SaaS Trends and Data
What do you like best about the product?
Productiv allows for real-time user traceability and spend management down to the user level. This is an invaluable tool for renewals to really dig into usage by department, job type, trends month over month etc. We utilize this tool for most of our renewals to gauge interest in the tool over all the current users, as well as where we can initiate cost savings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things to not like about Productiv's comprehensive outlook. The only thing I would say would be to hone in on current or new connectors, to ensure we are getting accurate readings across all tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a procurement perspective, Productiv allows us to analyze our users, how many seats are needed, and the potential delta of cost savings involved with the tool. Having this data in hand towards the beginning of our renewal discussions with vendors allows us to negotiate better pricing, and immediately benchmark our needs for the coming year without a huge lift of research from the tool's users.

It has more connectors than Zylo, and the CSM is great and super helpful.

The connectors don't sync as often as Zylo ones, and you can't predict when the data will be refreshed from the connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that is trying to help is to detect rogue expenses and have a central place for the apps that all the users are currently using.
Excellent tool for tracking the software renewals
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive tool. Great alerting system and dashboards.

None really. The team and account management was excellent.

Timely alerting on licensing expiration, tracking autorenewals and pricing benchmarks.
Valuable Product/Platform and Even Better Team!
What do you like best about the product?
The product out of the box is so easy to setup and use. What really makes the difference from our team is the enthusiasm and support from everyone we've worked with at Productiv. They help us interpret data and guide us toward informed recommendations for our SaaS portfolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike, but there are plenty of opportunities for continued evolution of the platform. More robust reporting capabilities would be helpful. Additional customizations to fit our specific use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were primarily trying to have visibility into our entire apps portfolio in a more automated fashion. We also looked for reassurance that the data we had already collected manually was accurate. We now feel confident that we have captured all of the SaaS activity in the organization and we've been able to produce data-informed recommendations for controlling SaaS sprawl.
Great Tool to get Visibility on your SaaS Portfolio Fast
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations to Okta, and spend systems like Netsuite and Expensify make this a handy tool for gaining insights into your SaaS portfolio. The utilization metrics make it easy to see how your enterprise is leveraging its tools. Trainers are great at delivering content and QBRs have been very useful to gain insights on how to rationalize our tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
App Catalog is still in its nascent stages. Lots of potentials there, but still early in its development stage. Reporting out of the tool is still tricky and usually requires custom reports from Productiv. Moreso, a want than a dislike, I'd prefer more autonomy to make changes and mappings in the tool rather than going through Productiv professional services. However, they are usually very quick to respond to requests.

Gaining insights on how the business is using our SaaS tools. Helping us rationalize our SaaS portfolio.
Productiv has been a great resource for license management and portfolio consolidation.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to dig deep down into our different cost centers and identify where we have overlap within our tech stack. It then allows us to build automations for deprovisioning when we see inactivity for different tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Productiv promised us a feature called app center. This was a huge waste of time and money for us, as it did not end up working. We ultimately decided to take that feature to market and go with a competitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel that they are constantly providing excellent support for us during our working sessions. They have also had some great recent releases that have refined the end user experience.

What do you like best about the product?
It is super helpful for tracking application renewals. It also gives insight into user engagement and provides rightsizing recommendations. It also helps you understand the spend and gives everything needed in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is based on the employee count, which seems incorrect. It should be based on the number of users using Productiv and not on the employee count, as it becomes costly for a growing company.
