What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to pull together trends in language patterns, its user-friendly interface, really awesome account services/support
What do you dislike about the product?
Linguistic patterns are based off "The Queen's English," meaning dialects outside of it are misinterpreted. The platform creates visuals that can be exported, but they're not easy to edit/change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Language pattern misinterpretations can be easily flagged in-platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the comparisons that can be found between datasets is most useful because it helps tell a story of how the language of our customers is changing. It also helps us to develop and hopefully predict trends on themes that customers are speaking about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the being able to generate these insights is not the most straightforward. It takes a bit of time to get useful insights to be able to tell the story we want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relative Insight is helping solve issues that customers face when interacting with us. The text analysis helps is to identify what customers are now talking about compared to previous years.

What do you like best about the product?
Relative Insight has transformed how we look at internal qualitative data to help understand, track and influence how people are feeling and what they are talking about. It's incredibly simple and user-friendly to use, with a very well supported learning curve to quickly get up to speed and become relatively proficient. By stripping out a lot of the subjectivity that is normally a huge part of reading employee feedback, Relative has sped up our time from data collection to action from weeks to days, while also allowing us to focus much more on potentially hidden trends and themes. I love how neatly organised it is and how fast the process is to input data and move to analysis and discussion.

Similarly, the customer support, product onboarding and relationship management has been exemplary.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike - the one tweak I'd suggest is to make it easier to capture and export insights - the 'export insights' feature is great, but I rely much more on screenshotting (for example, the lists of most frequently used phrases)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem is that we are solving is the difficulty of reading through a novel's worth of comments and feedback from employees when we run quarterly surveys. As a manual process, this can be very laborious and highly open to bias and subjectivity. By 'reading' the comments with Relative, we get a much faster and more objective view. The benefits of this include greater credibility, much greater pace and higher levels of engagement). It has also helped steer and guide projects and initiatives and track success across time, triangulating quant. with qual. data.

What do you like best about the product?
Relative Insight is a great tool to be able to pull insights and measure online sentiment and has proven to be very adaptable and customizable to the depth and breadth of our various projects' needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pretty easy-to-use interface, but the hardest part has been the learning curve of knowing how to use all of the tools effectively. The onboarding really helped get our team up to speed, and it just takes a bit of practice and poking around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relative Insight has helped us find and analyze online sentiment quickly and effectively to augment our research projects and aid in the validation of our work, as well as provide new insights.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool for text analysis across the web as well as verbatim notes from qual research.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides meaningful linguistic analysis, uncovers trends, and enables comparison results.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you must have the necessary data (external data) before starting. However, the team offers support whenever needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mainly helps to identify behavioral segmentation and trends. We can better understand what brands and customers are discussing.

What do you like best about the product?
The core functionality, data comparison, is well organized and provides a fantastic user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that the purpose of this software is not to provide data but to analyze it. Sometimes you don't have the data at hand, and Relative Insight cannot help you with a built-in feature (as it is not its purpose). The only solution is to go through customer support and ask them for the data you need. This procedure can be time-consuming when you are in a hurry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software is excellent at analyzing customer data. I use it to understand customer behavior, discover trends, and brand perception.

What do you like best about the product?
I think it is fantastic that you can get such detailed and nuanced evidence to support your findings. The level of detail in grammar, words and topics means you really do understand the topics in much greater depth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the groupings are a little vague or inaccurate, but that is to be expected! A more seamless platform that is intuitive could also be helpful to making the user experience better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving both commercial and societal problems by both giving marketing insight to use in strategy as well as unearthing really important findings about key problems in society.

What do you like best about the product?
Relative Insight quick gives you insights as to what's different between your two data sets, that may otherwise take hours to uncover. It's compelling to tell your client this topic or phrase is mentioned 10X more than competitors, for example, to understand points of differentiation or overlap better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, like most tools, you sometimes don't find anything interesting or noteworthy between your data sets. But the reps (shout out to Maddy!) are very helpful in also taking a look to see if there's anything you may have missed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses linguistics analysis to understand differences between topics, brand vs competitor social posts or websites, or how consumers talk about a brand or topic. It's been a time saver!

What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't a dislike really, but success depends on the skill of the user. If you're smart about the data you put in and how you look at it, insight is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If content is king, then you need a formidable way to analyze the written word on a granular level. RI helps us in the micro and the macro.
