Great company, always looking to enhance and tailor their tools

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly considering the size of information collected in the back-end and the difficulty of organizing language data. Seamless and fast as a software.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides is (depending of course on each client's interests) different cards (e.g. one based on frequencies and one based on similarities between sets) often give the same insight. One can say this helps corroborate them but they won't necessarily be useful. Another thing is that is is easy to overstate the significance of some insights. I do not have a science/stats background so I might be leaving an unfair comment but it just sometimes feels like the data sets are not broad enough to generate strong insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reviews are tricky when looking at a large set of them. RI helps show that, which is equally useful as creating strong or statistically significant insights.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Relative Insight and regularly rave about the platform to anyone that will listen. I've used it on every pitch I've won in recent years, ever since I discovered what they offer, as the insight gleaned is both genuinely insightful and extremely fast - not to mention cheap! I love being able to show a client something they didn't know about how their own brand speaks for example, versus their audience or how a certain emphasis has changed over time. Our client lead, Alex, is a diamond and always on hand with helpful suggestions for how to get the most out of the platform, we all adore her!
What do you dislike about the product?
I want my agency to take out an unlimited subscription!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool helps us build genuine, new and relevant insight about our brands and audiences, as well as track cultural trends. It couldn't be more useful. My favourite aspect of the tool is that it avoids a great deal of confirmation bias - instead of looking for answers that correspond with out hypothesis we instead surface them through choosing the relevant language sets.

Smart, Powerful Tool to Distill Insights

What do you like best about the product?
The staff have consistently worked with me 1:1 to truly understand my project needs and the impact of my work. They then help me to tailor a unique solution that makes sense, is efficient and effective, and furthermore they check in routinely to see if the setup is still working for me. As my needs have evolved, so too has our approach and it's been a great partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Each employee I've connected with at RI has been fantastic. The only downside is that I've worked with several different partners over the years. I've been pleased for those who are growing at the company but it is the downside that I have to become familiar with a new counterpart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're monitoring for fake COVID vaccines and treatments. The ongoing monitor provided me with a baseline, trends, and context as we weigh new developments against the backdrop of ongoing risk and concern about these counterfeit items. It helps my team direct our work appropriately to continue monitoring or actively respond in some way to bad actors worldwide.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool allows me and my teams to generate new insights that would otherwise remain out of sight. It's easy to use, presents information in an engaging way and the team provide brilliant support at every step of the process!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using Relative Insight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relative insight helps solve the problem of having lots of unstructured data, but not enough time or resources to dig into that data to maximise it's valye

What do you like best about the product?
The linguistic technology is game-changing. The platform is really intuitive. Overall, it's very easy to work with mounds of data and unearth interesting insights that traditional coding or analysis can't.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a bit trick uploading data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing open-ends from surveys with an unbiased perspective.
Validating our quick thematic analyses.
Uncovering nuggets that further humanize our consumer segments.

Easy and insightful tool for language comparison

What do you like best about the product?
It's a really easy platform to use, to compare the language used by different customers or in different sources. And the team are really helpful in getting you trained and getting your data into the platform. There are additional webinars to join for training and inspiration.
What do you dislike about the product?
My budget is limited, so for now I have to think hard about which data to analyse, as the cost is very reasonable but is costed per project, and given this is still a new approach for our company, I need to start small to justify the impact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm analysing the language used by different groups of customers - to find what the satisfied customers choose to talk about vs. unsatisfied customers; and to compare the language used by our customers in different countries, to find previously hidden strengths/weaknesses and/or customer needs. The benefits are making far better use of the all the open ended data we've already collected, which I just wouldn't be getting much value from otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
Their open mind and will to improve and hear customers' feedback and new ideas. There is never a "No" whenever we have suggested or requested a new service or help. I have always felt RI more like a partner than a provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be with RI itself, but there is still a long way to walk until any company analyzing texts can guarantee data at 100%. I'm sure RI will get there, but I still feel that the analysis and insights are pretty general, and human eyes are still necessary. Still, since we work with RI, we have reduced significantly the time and resources that we used to invest to analyze our data
