What do you like best about the product?
Speed, insights and opportunity to find new interesting results to share with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is not completely self serve. Occasional delays. English language/roman languages only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem solving, just identifying opportunities and insights. I've realized new things to show clients, new ways to present the competitive landscape and new inspiration for brand ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
Relative Insights has been a fantastic company to work with. With endless open-end survey responses, we as an organization struggled to find a valuable solution. Relative Insights AI platform has allowed us to make data-driven decisions and weed through the clutter. The platform is extremely simple to use, and the customer service is unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most challenging learning curve is keeping your projects and data organized. However, their team is very willing to help and find solutions to fit your need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We collect thousands of open-end survey responses every month with our global trackers. Without Relative Insights we had no idea where to start and how to utilize this rich data source.It was amazing how quickly we could do analysis and deeply understand these responses.

Gives a deeper insight into behaviour and language

What do you like best about the product?
Relative Insight offers a data-driven, 'scientific' approach to understanding and analysing things that are often based on intuition or experience - such as how competitors talk about themselves, or how customers talk about you online. As such, it can provide valuable insights to present upwards in an organisation, avoiding having to rely on more vague marketing insight, which may not persuade non-marketers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any platform, time investment is key to getting the best insights. Not sure if that's a dislike, just a reality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We frequently use RI to solve problems around the positioning of competitors in the market, understanding the language used to appeal to key audiences. We are also increasingly looking to use the tool to understand patterns of behaviour amongst our own customers during their relationship with us, to try and understand their issues and adjust resourcing/content production/help accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
Relative is giving our team the ability to supercharge the learnings we can garner from the gamut of text-based data at our disposal - much of which was largely moribund until we discovered Relative.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's very little to dislike. I suspect that we'd have had issues appreciating the value of linguistic comparison if the Relative team not been so au fait with the approach in our initial interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relative is helping us uncover the hidden learnings within our text-based data sets. Whether that is a cumbersome set of survey open ends with nuanced depth, or social listening previously reduced to sentiment analysis and topline stats, Relative helps us truely make the most of the data at our disposal.

Allows me to support research and strategy with data and tangible insights
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard can be confusing to navigate sometimes, and can take a while to find insights that are worthwhile - would recommend going full service for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removes subjectivity when comparing brands, and gives qualitative input to my observations.

The benefits are we can see the differences and similarities of how the organisation feel about recent changes and the common topics that people care about.

Putting a friendly face to a complex area of research

What do you like best about the product?
Relative Insight's product delivers fascinating and actionable insights for our campaigns and are a key component in explaining the value of the work we deliver. However, while the same is true of some other suppliers we work with, what sets Relative Insight apart is their client servicing - friendly, approachable people, who can easily explain a complex area of research in a language that we (and our clients) understand. It's been great to work with them over the past few years and here's to many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing springs to mind. I guess, the complexity of their analysis can sometimes be hard for clients to comprehend - but then, that's often a million-dollar question in the industry: how to present complex analysis in a way that is easy to digest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Relative Insight helps us analyse the value of our campaigns for our clients and demonstrate this value, so that they continue to work with us.

What do you like best about the product?
Access to linguistic insights that I simply can not get otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Took a little time to get the hang of it, but my team is very helpful in making sure I am using it effectively!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used the tool to go deeper into understanding existing clients, as well as to uncover insights as we explore new areas. We are now looking at using it to understand ourselves better.

The account managers are really helpful. Alex is always on hand to have a quick call and turnaround a brief to meet deadlines and she's very thorough in her reponses.

What do you like best about the product?
Relative Insight is a really smart and comprehensive language analysis tool. It has a wide range of uses cases for us - great way to surface insights, really helpful for pitch processes and has also provided invaluable in surfacing interesting nuggets for media stories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet - if we get stuck on something, the team there are really helpful.
