Fast Internal Requests, but the UI Feels Bulky and Innovation Seems Limited

  • May 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can submit requests internally and they get resolved extremely quickly. I also think our internal engineering and SalesOps teams appreciate it, because they always respond promptly when I reach out through the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI is a little bulky and there is not a ton of AI integration in my four years using the platform. I assume it is because it is pretty straightforward. I wonder what room there is for innovation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve the speed issue in technical sales, especially when getting work done requires multiple internal sign-offs.

Awesome Developer-Friendly UI with Smooth Google Chat Integration

  • May 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, the UI in JIRA is good, and for us developers it’s awesome. We connected it with Google Chat, which has been really helpful because we can view JIRA tickets directly from Google Chat. Performance has also been good so far. I can’t really comment on the pricing, since we just use it. Onboading process was also good with proper support and AI Intelligence.
What do you dislike about the product?
i did not found any problem yet, everything is working good till now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is helping us streamline project tracking and team collaboration by keeping all tasks, bugs, and progress updates in one place. It improves visibility across teams, makes it easier to prioritize work, and helps ensure accountability through clear ownership and timelines.

The biggest benefit for me has been better organisation and transparency in day-to-day work. I can track task progress easily, manage priorities more effectively, and collaborate with team members without missing updates. It has also improved productivity by reducing manual follow-ups and making sprint planning and issue tracking much more efficient.

Streamlines Ticket Management but with Setup Hurdles

  • May 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Jira is pretty easy to use once you set everything up. It helps keep all the support tickets centralized, which is great for tracking our workload distribution and obtaining metrics on the typical requests or tickets submitted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes it is pretty hard to start setting it up. Because everything is so customizable that then it requires a lot of in-depth knowledge to make sure that things are correctly connected on the inside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira centralizes my support tickets, helping distribute workload across employees. It tracks workload distribution and provides metrics on ticket submissions.

Easy Timeline Tracking and Transparent Team Alignment

  • May 08, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like is the way I can track my work and plan and manage my timelines and how easily and transparently I can align with my team to meet the goals. It's segregation of topics is very user friendly. The tables (boards) are very easy to read.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that sometimes Jira fails to load media. Also, media loads quite slowly. Also, we need a person as an admin to manage this thing as a whole, but it is pretty big software with a lot of customizations so it could easily baffle a new person around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is solving a me management problems and transparency problems. Sometimes, when handling a big project, we need to track progress and plan sprints. Jira does that for me effectively and there a lot of custom statuses available to actively monitor progress and not waste time on scrum calls and discussions manually.

  • May 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Jira to be an easy-to-use tool and a common platform for team collaboration, which helps us evaluate the progress of the project. I appreciate that it provides one platform to track bugs across teammates and view the progress along with resolution notes. I also value its features for report generation, closing issue tickets, and handling detailed user stories with acceptance criteria assigned to the teammate working on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t see any as of now except for platform maintenance emails to be sent out earlier on. Small demo videos for newbies as to how to create issues in Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira to track bugs and user stories across my team, providing one platform for collaboration and progress visibility along with resolution notes.

Robust Tracking with Room for UI Improvement

  • May 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use with Jira's calendar function. It's great that it is already adopted company-wide. As someone who leads content releases, I find it valuable for tracking updates on when content will be updated on the page and keeping track of what assets have been delivered and when they were delivered.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira as a pseudo project management tool and tracker for releases and updates. It helps us track content releases and serves as a source of truth for all our updates.

Keeps Development Organized and Transparent with Flexible Integrations

  • May 07, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jira has helped our team stay much more organized and transparent throughout our development cycles. From sprint planning to bug tracking, it keeps everything centralized, well documented, and easy to follow. I also appreciate its flexibility and the integrations available, even though the learning curve can feel a bit steep for new users at first.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can be overwhelming for new users at times, mainly because there are so many configurations and options to sort through. Getting everything set up initially—especially when you start customizing workflows—takes some time to learn, and it may require admin-level experience to ensure the configuration is done properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps address major challenges around project visibility, task tracking, team collaboration, and delivery management in fast-paced development environments. Before using Jira, it was hard to maintain transparency across teams, track dependencies efficiently, and monitor sprint progress in real time.

After adopting Jira, our workflows became far more structured and performance-focused. The platform streamlines Agile execution, strengthens accountability, and reduces delays by providing a centralized place to manage tasks, priorities, releases, and reporting.

One of the biggest benefits has been improved operational performance and stronger decision-making through dashboards, automation, and AI-powered suggestions. These tools help identify bottlenecks, prioritize work, and optimize productivity.

From an ROI perspective, Jira has significantly reduced manual coordination, improved sprint predictability, and enhanced cross-functional collaboration. Overall, it has helped us save time, improve delivery efficiency, and increase team productivity while scaling projects more effectively.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jira allows me to manage my projects with ease, and not just that—it also makes it easy for me to get more insight into what is being done and how. In an agile environment, Jira is the best tool for us to plan sprints and detect issues early. It’s easy to use, performs well, and the ability to integrate with other software for reporting is a great thing to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about; it’s quite flexible to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for project management and task tracking, and to interact with teams in different parts of the world.
