All-in-One Sprint Tracking with Easy tools Integration
What do you like best about the product?
In Jira, we can add all the tasks, stories, and epics for a sprint, manage everything in one place, and track progress easily. We can also integrate Jira with other tools such as Slack, so whenever there’s an update, the assignee gets a notification and can stay on top of changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some complicated UI components when I’m assigned and want to move a task to another space, so this area needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a project manager, I can track all tasks and sprints in a single place, so I don’t need to worry about managing different files. It reduces the time and effort for developers, testers, and managers, and helps keep costs down.
Thoughtfully Designed Collaboration with Clear, Flexible Views
What do you like best about the product?
Clarity, flexibility(views, easy to create/move/link, copy), the options to tailor it according to one's needs and the fact it was thoughtfully designed for collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
would love to see attaching files by simply dragging them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management with cross-teams collaboration, multiple dependent and related tasks. Would be significantly more time consuming and confusing without Jira.
Jira Makes Work Tracking and Progress Visibility Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Jira is how easy it makes it to track work in one place. I can quickly see who’s working on what, what’s still pending, and what’s already completed, without having to chase people for updates. The Scrum and Kanban boards make it straightforward to visualize progress at a glance, and the workflow customization is especially helpful when you need the tool to match how your team actually works.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Jira is that it can feel overwhelming at times, especially for new users. It offers a lot of features and configuration options, which can make it seem complicated to set up at first and sometimes harder to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps solve the problem of scattered communication and unclear task ownership. Instead of tracking work through emails or chat messages, everything is centralized in one system with clear statuses and accountability.
This benefits me by giving better visibility into project progress, helping prioritize tasks, and reducing confusion about deadlines or responsibilities. It makes collaboration more structured and efficient.

Jira as a Central Hub, Feature Rich, Agile Friendly, and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
What i like best about jira is its ease of use once you get familiar with the interface. The ease of implementation within a team environment is impressive, especially for agile workflows. It offers a wide number of features like sprint planning, backlog management, reporting dashboards and customisable workflows. I also appreciate the ease of integration with other tools such as version control system and communication platforms. The frequency of use in my daily work is high because it becomes the central hub for tracking tasks and progress. Additionally their customer support and documentation are helpful when setting up complex workflows or troubleshooting issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that it can feel overwhelming at first especially for new users. The interface has many configuration options which sometimes make navigation confusing. Also advanced customisation may require admin knowledge and performance can occasionally slow down when handling large projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves the problem of disorganised project tracking and poor visibility into task progress. Before using it, it was difficult to know who was responsible for what and what the current status of tasks was. Now everything is centralised, transparent and trackable. This improves accountability, team collaboration and overall productivity, helping projects get completed on time.
Real-Time Project Tracking with Powerful Reporting and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time tracking on progress of projects. Great reporting and analytics tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Took a while to learn how to use. Not intially intuitive, but once learned how it works, it became much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to create a source for my interntal customers to create project requests and then rank and priortize the project and communicate timelines and status back to the requestor.
Jira’s Flexible Workflows and Integrations Streamline Engineering Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Jira's flexibility and depth make it the go-to project management tool for engineering teams. The ability to create custom workflows, issue types, and boards tailored to our team's processes is invaluable. Sprint planning and backlog management are intuitive, and the deep integrations with tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, and Slack streamline our entire development cycle. The reporting features — velocity charts, burndown charts, and cumulative flow diagrams — give real visibility into team progress and help us improve sprint by sprint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira's main drawback is its complexity — the configuration options are vast and can overwhelm new users, leading to a steep onboarding curve. Performance tends to slow down in large instances with many projects and tickets, particularly on the cloud version. The UI, while functional, feels cluttered, and simple tasks like searching across projects or creating recurring tickets require more steps than they should. Pricing also scales quickly as team size grows, making it harder to justify for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira serves as our central hub for software development project management. Before adopting it, our team struggled with fragmented task tracking across spreadsheets and emails, which made sprint coordination and cross-team visibility nearly impossible. With Jira, we now run structured agile sprints with clear ownership, priorities, and acceptance criteria for every ticket. This has reduced our average time-to-delivery by enabling us to catch blockers early and keep all stakeholders aligned in real time, all within a single platform.
