What do you like best about the product?
Jira is extremely malleable and robust for project management, particularly in software development. I like how the workflows are highly customizable—you can shape them to exactly match your processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The curve of learning is steep, particularly for first-time users. It is overwhelming at the beginning because of the number of features and setup options. The interface, although better, remains somewhat clunky or unintuitive in some sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me to track my work progress and it also helps me to track the progress of my teams work tickets. This helps in avoiding collisions we there are multiple security alerts and we need to effectively manage our tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most advantageous about Jira is its ability to facilitate the alignment of future work into smaller, manageable tasks or components. This approach enables the team to gain a clear understanding of their current position and devise a strategic plan for progress. I have heavily relied on Jira for project management purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I do not express a personal dislike, I believe it would be highly beneficial if Jira were to incorporate an AI Chat feature. This feature could significantly expedite the processing of tickets by providing users with concise and detailed descriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is primarily utilised for tracking work and assisting with dependency tracking and stakeholder reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me in in reporting/tracking my bugs in a fast and easier way. It also helps me create a dashboar of issues reported in a certain timeperiod.
I also manage my projects here i.e., phase of ongoing project, subtasks of it and ownership of tasks,etc
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any issues with Jira and I like it a lot

What do you like best about the product?
As a Senior Production Engineer, I’ve been using Jira for over 6 years to manage Agile projects, and it’s been a consistently reliable tool for tracking tasks, planning sprints, and keeping the team aligned. It’s especially helpful in fast-paced environments where visibility and collaboration are key.

Once you get used to the interface, it’s pretty intuitive. I like how flexible it is you can customise boards, issue types, and workflows to fit your team’s process. Features like backlog management, sprint tracking, and built-in reports help us stay on top of deliverables. The integration with Confluence and Bitbucket also makes it easier to keep documentation and development connected in one workflow.

Despite its strengths, Jira can have a few drawbacks. The extensive customization options, while useful, can be overwhelming and time-consuming to set up. What do you like best about the product?
Jira is able to get into granular detail with tracking tasking, generating metrics, and managing cross functional team efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira may come off as slightly intimidating and as a result can a have a steep learning curve in order to fully understand its in depth capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprint planning and lots of integration options with Slack and Trello
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the ticket when created is not visible on the list, a little buggy but a refresh fixes it

Jira helps me to make user stories, build epics and convert into sprints. During development, it helps to track bugs and progress along with giving a velocity chart to understand the current stats of the project.

What I like best about Jira:
1. Jira allows to divide the employees to small teams, allowing for better collaboration.
2. Jira allows to keep track if issues that revolve software development.
3. Jira allows to use the comment section to keep the team updated and informed about progress and blockers.
4. Jira allows to keep the team organized and working productively and efficiently.
5. Jira is easy to use on a day to day basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Jira:
1. Jira has an unintuitive design, making finding things difficult.
2. The filtering mechanism is complicated and cumbersome to fetch requested results.
3. Tools like Zephyr don't integrate seamlessly with Jira, and is often buggy and glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems that Jira solves:
1. Provides a means of collaboration
2. Good for keeping track over items and tasks that require attention
3. Allows to create discussions in the comment section, allowing to keep track on progress
4. Integrates seamlessly with email services to notify the user about updates in Jira (very useful).

What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, I really like how Jira helps me stay organized during sprints. I can clearly see which tasks are assigned to me, their priority, and their status. The integration with Bitbucket is especially useful—it lets me track commits and pull requests directly from Jira tickets, which saves time and keeps everything connected , really I like jira system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira working slow specially when I work with large projects.
