Best Project Management & Tracking tool

What do you like best about the product?
Sprint planning and tracking: Helps our teams manage backlogs, plan sprints, and monitor progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the new users find JIRA a bit complex and unintuitive, especially when they are configuring workflows, permissions, or custom fields. Also sometimes the tool is a little slow while working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Teams struggle to track who is doing what and how far along tasks are.
Solution: Provides real-time boards, dashboards, and reports (e.g., burndown charts, sprint velocity) to visualize progress and identify bottlenecks.

What do you like best about the product?
The very intuitive UI makes Jira a great tool to use. All the features are easy to use. There are avenues for customisations too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take some time to get used to the many, many features but that is a good downside to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Tool for Product management team to create structured requirement/user stories
- Tool for the Development team to smoothly transtion through the SDLC
- QA team enabled to execute bug reporting and tracking
- Overall Big Project tracking and big picture overview

What do you like best about the product?
It works very well tracking bugs, stories, tasks, and epics. It allows to customize issue types, workflows, and fields. It has advanced roadmaps to plan initiatives, dependencies, and team capacity. It display sprint reports and it has integration with many third party software including Confluence, Slack and GitHub. It provides a workflow editor. It has a mobile app for remote access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira may optimize their performance at scale and it can become slow with large number of issues or users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes collaboration among developers, designers, QA, and product managers. It improves visibility as stakeholders get real-time updates on progress, blockers, and dependencies. It is highly customizable. Integrates well with third party software.

What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly Interface, Multiple features, Easy tracking, Fast customer response, Daily Use friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Implementation of some complex pages like Sprint Page are li'l bit hard to keep track of and are very confusing when dealing with more than one page! Interface is fine but isn't user friendly!
- AI usage is very unreliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Tracking the progress is made easier
- User friendly interface makes it more reliable
- Easy view of tickets without need to store complex URLs
- Secure enough to trust them!
- Multiple features supporting categorized ticketing
- Easy and Secure access

Critical Tool for App Launches

What do you like best about the product?
I like Jira because it helps organize everything - from defects to keeping track of UAT stats. It plays a very critical role in ensuring all issues are addressed before launch of an app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very tedious in tagging all details - you need identifiers. I also experience some Jira count issues for a time that delayed the UAT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking defects, ensuring everything is fixed and 100% UAT passed.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking all the bugs and changes very easily and also I can view and see all the histories of each task
What do you dislike about the product?
I can feel bit slowness when we select any task.

What do you like best about the product?
Agile approach, kanban boards, tasks, changes and tickets all are available in a single tool. Customisations to add templates and fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had to manually type red green and Amber as status of metrics instead of a drop down selection option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticket management, sla tracking of the tickets based on priorities.

Project management, timelines, updates and tasks.

Change management, implementation templates and fields based on kind of change.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing tasks alongside joint projects and other teams
Love the interface with Bitbucket and Slack
It is very easy to open and close tasks, prepare tasks for a sprint, and link dependencies between tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many settings, it is important to have them all in the end, but when opening a project you want to get a quick and easy base package, and the ability to include similar settings between projects in the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira makes it easy to pass on features or bugs to developers, it's very convenient to upload videos, images, and files

and the AI capabilities for task design are definitely impressive and make it easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to enter work done in a ticket style system and track daily progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
LOTS of features. Easy to get lost if you do not have someone who already knows how to use the platform to set it up for you!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several implementations of JIRA in ongoing use. But the current one I am using the most is the trouble ticket tracking function of the site.
