Effortless Issue Tracking and Team Coordination with Jira
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Jira makes it super easy to track different types of tickets like bug tickets, stories, and epics. It's really helpful in knowing the status of tasks and who's working on what, whether developers or QA members. The various statuses like 'prod deployed,' 'queue in progress,' and 'ready for QA' make tracking tickets very straightforward. I also appreciate that after every release, we can maintain documentation of the features, which is great for future reference. Plus, solving queries on Jira and using its separate web platform, Confluence, is very helpful.

Sometimes we face issues with strictness, but it has since been resolved.

I really like how Jira keeps all our tasks in one place, which helps us understand the productivity and workload management of our developers. It's easy to see how busy a developer is and how much work can be assigned to them. I appreciate using Sprints every week to organize tasks and manage our backlog effectively. Non-priority tasks aren't discarded but are pushed to the backlog, reminding us of their existence.
