What do you like best about the product?
I like the best feature is find and track the every single person in the project and its is helping to track the project status and progress very easily and it helps me to track the issue and to address to that issue quickly and its is ease to integrating with other software in my company we have intergrated in NX CAD to tack the Progress of the project and track it very use full
What do you dislike about the product?
Its can able to customize it in what ever way you want but it is very time consuming process in my company very are facing this issue for customization for dashboards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By tracking the issue and its is very usefull and it is very easy to address the issue and solve the problem in short span of time

What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable Jira is—from creating tailored workflows to setting up dashboards and automation rules. It’s great for teams of any size and fits Agile and traditional project management styles. The most helpful thing about Jira is its ability to adapt to various project management needs. It supports detailed reporting and integrations with many third-party tools, and it helps ensure accountability through clear task assignments and tracking. The wide array of plugins and marketplace apps makes it even more versatile for different industries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to its complexity, Jira can be overwhelming for new users. Properly setting it up requires significant time and sometimes technical expertise. Without a good initial configuration, it can become cluttered and confusing. Additionally, the pricing can add up quickly if you require many add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps solve the challenge of managing complex projects with multiple team members, tasks, and deadlines. It brings visibility to every stage of a project, making it easy to see who is responsible for what and when it's due. By providing customizable workflows, detailed reporting, and real-time updates, Jira helps our team stay aligned, prioritize work efficiently, and quickly identify and remove bottlenecks. This has improved our project delivery times, enhanced collaboration, and reduced the risk of missed deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira’s customizable workflows and powerful issue tracking make it very easy to manage complex projects. I especially like how well it supports Agile methodologies with Scrum and Kanban boards, and the wide range of reports available for tracking sprint performance
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira has a steep learning curve, especially for new users. The interface can feel cluttered at times, and configuring workflows or permissions can be quite complex without proper training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps our team manage software development projects more efficiently by tracking tasks, bugs, and user stories in a centralized place. It supports Agile methodologies like Scrum, which has improved our sprint planning and team collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Jira is its ability to organize sprints and especially to visualize the workflow with Kanban boards. Everything is managed in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is a very powerful tool and has incredibly useful tools for project management, task tracking, and teamwork. However, if you are new and have no previous experience with similar tools (or do not handle basic concepts of agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban), it can be overwhelming at first.

Jira's initial tutorial is very technical and does not always explain 'why' or 'how' to apply each function in real cases. For example, things like Workflows, Epics, or even the basic use of filters can be confusing if you lack context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disorganization in task management:
We used to use emails, spreadsheets, and even physical notes. Everything got lost.
→ Now all the work is centralized in one place with clear statuses (To Do/In Progress/Completed).

Lack of visibility of real progress:
The bosses constantly asked "how's it going?" and no one had clear answers.
→ With Kanban boards and Jira reports (like the Burndown Chart), everyone sees the progress in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of Jira as a collaboration tool. I track the development ticket progress through the dashboards created for my department.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to enter not just backlogs but also enables team to track the specific tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs some additional learning before being able to use the tool to it's full capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides clear view of what are backlogs for a specific application. The tags can be used to differentiate the backlog for multiple apps within the same project

What do you like best about the product?
1. Works best for Scrum or Kanban work models.
2. Flexibility to change workflows as per teams process
3. Easily integrated to confluence, github & other tools- we use confluence, github, ticket trackers that can easily be linked to Jira
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Easy for IT teams but may be not great for non technical users to find it more complex.
2. Most common issue that we face in our project is the control of some setups requiring admin expertise to manage- which makes it bit complex, time consuming for the projects to manage or customize themselves
3. Quite expensive for small scale usgae or companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Visibility of project status, progress - mainly benefits team managers like us to stay updated, aligned without chasing for indivicual team members updates.
2. Track history of any kind of issue or topic, velocity & capacity of team.
3. Managing dependencies by allwoing to link issues, blockages etc
4. I end up spending less time in meeting to get status as everything is visible in Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very organized and straight forward. It is also very secure, so it is great to use it. I have worked in 2 companies with Jira and I liked how easy it integrates with multiple platforms. I used it with intercom, and now I use it daily with Slack, and both are great!

I have had issues when my last company was adding me and the customer support team solved the issue in less than 48 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first sight the implementation might seem difficult since there are many boxes to fill and with not common names, as long as you keep using it, you can learn which fields are useful, required or needed depending on your request.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps a clear communication mean with the engineers of the company and it helps engineers understand specific issues to solve them quicker rather than using any other platform.

- Backlog generation and prioritisation
- Easy to use and navigate the platform
- Works well with Confluence, Miro and can be integrated into slack as well

- A little more clunky to manage filters and automation, especially in comparison with Monday.com
