I like how customizable Jira is — you can adapt it to almost any workflow. Plus, the integrations and dashboards make it easy to keep track of what’s going on in a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Jira can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for new users. There are so many features and settings that it can take time to get used to. Also, performance can slow down when working with large projects or lots of custom fields.

Jira helps me stay organized and on top of tasks, especially when working in a team. It makes it easy to track progress, assign responsibilities, and see what everyone is working on. This helps avoid confusion, reduces missed deadlines, and keeps projects moving forward smoothly.

The versatility and ease of use, in addition to adaptation and compatibility with other tools
What do you dislike about the product?
That initially there are complex functions and sometimes there are licenses that cost quite a bit more, keeping this in mind for a small company to which a country is added where the dollar is very expensive.

I didn't find any errors when I worked on it.

Integration with Slack, so I can quickly create a new ticket whenever I need it.
The app feels super-quick—you don't have that feeling of a whole browser loading a webpage in the background.
The rules can be VERY granular, perfect for fine process-tuning.

A Powerful Tool with a Questionable New Look
What do you like best about the product?
Jira truly shines with its integrations and automations. The ability to connect with various other tools in our tech stack and automate workflows has significantly streamlined our processes. This has been a huge time-saver and has greatly improved our team's efficiency in handling everything from simple service requests to complex project tasks. The flexibility to set up detailed automation rules means we spend less time on manual repetitive actions and more time on problem-solving.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main criticism of Jira lies with its new interface. After two years of using the platform, the updated UI feels less user-friendly and can sometimes make navigating and finding specific features more challenging than it needs to be. While I understand the intent behind updates, this particular change has introduced a learning curve that feels unnecessary and, at times, hinders productivity. It would be great to see some refinements that bring back the previous level of intuitive design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira provides a centralized system for capturing all IT-related "tickets" (issues, requests, incidents, problems). Each ticket has a unique ID, a clear description, and a history of all interactions and status changes. This ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
One of the best management and tracking software
What do you like best about the product?
Kanban board: the flexibility and agility it provides is excellent.
The tickets have so many detailed features that allows you to connect anything with everything.
Specially the kanban board where you can track your tickets, it has multiple forms, fields and tags which allows you to track and filter tickets easily.
You can integrate multiple softwares in Jira, and your actions are synced on them.

What do you dislike about the product?
While it provides great features, the initial setup can be a complex process, as you'll need to create multple forms and fields. You have to create a kanban board according to your requirements which needs a learning curve or training.
It is bit costlier than the other available alternatives.

One place to track all the taks, bugs and project related stuff. You don't need to maintain a seprate document to track the tasks done by you.
