Easy to navigate amongst a large collaboration team

What do you like best about the product?
Jira makes it easy to submit tickets to any department.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Jira had a way to delete previous comments
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves the organizational piece of ticket submissions. I am able to navigate and locate any tickets my team or I have submitted.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the central hub for the coding, collaboration, and release stages. It integrates with a variety of quality assurance apps, and allows for customizable fields, workflows and screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is laggy, and slow like network time out

Jira is used to store the user stories which helps for project management.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Jira beacuse it is easy to integrate with the other tools like GitHub, Confluence and slack so it makes developement very easy. Additionally, visual board like scrum are great for ttracking process. We used daily Jira software for developing and communcation purpose in the scrum meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main disadvantage of the Jira is that newcomers might find it a bit overwhemling beacuse of the so many features and customization options. This makes it difficult for new users during implemetation. During peak hours, the response time from customer support is sometimes slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me to solve a problem like task tracking, project organization, time estimation for the sprint. It helps keeps everything organized, prioritizes work and makes it easier to track progess and communicate with team members.

What do you like best about the product?
JIRA's robust tracking features, including customizable boards and detailed reporting, enable users to monitor project progress, Detailed Task Management, Enhanced Team Collaboration and Integration with other application
What do you dislike about the product?
The advance capacities of this application are complex and requires an important learning curve. sometimes the user interface is not intuitive, and finally the pricing could be another important consideration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA helps to mange complex project using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) . Mostly task and issue tracking, workflow automation, spring management including collaboration based on real time updates and dashboard.
