What do you like best about the product?
Well, Jira is a best solution for a orgainzation to maintaining different task management and stories for individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but I think, It can be improved in terms of the UI and customization by providing much more features as in other CRMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira as project management tool is beneficial tool for managing different stages and work of the project to our team.

1. Customisability of type of tasks: We use approval tasks extensively to manage approvals across business, product and tech and cross team approvals
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Ticket level control on what are mandatory and non mandatory fields based on some label. For example for jiras with more than 1 team involved (tagged accordingly) - I'll add additional fields that need to be filled before ticket is marked as done / feature is deployed
2. Owner escalation matrix can be onboarded in jira itself - I can choose to escalate on the jira without having to know who to escalate to.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira makes project tracking easy with customizable workflows, sprint planning, and strong integration with tools like Confluence and Bitbucket. It's great for Agile teams and boosts collaboration and visibility.

Can be complex to set up and overwhelming for new users due to its many features and configurations.

This benefits me by improving team collaboration, keeping projects on schedule, and ensuring accountability at every stage.

It makes it super easy to track tasks, bugs and features all in one place, I really appriciate the way it supports the agail methodology.

there are so many features and setting, it become little difficult for the new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to solve the problem of managing complex projects and keeping everyone on the same page. before using jira it was hard to track who is doing what, what tasks are pending and so on. now with jira everything is organized.

Limited features in data center, given their push toward cloud

Jira is a great tool for team management.
What do you like best about the product?
Jira’s flexibility and customization options are what I like best. It supports a wide range of project management methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, which makes it ideal for agile teams. It is used daily in my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel for new user's ease of use, the user interface can feel cluttered, and some actions require too many clicks or steps. Customizing workflows or setting permissions sometimes feels unintuitive without admin-level experience.

Jira helps solve the challenge of managing complex projects and tracking tasks across multiple teams. It centralizes all our work items—like user stories, bugs, and tasks in one place, which improves visibility and accountability. The introduction of Rovo chat is a great addition.

I am using JIRA as an IT service desk and ticketing tool, which is very useful and easy to manage regular day-to-day IT tasks.

Raising hard Tabby issues which help in my work.

You must choose from many options to raise 1 Jira

Tabby card and many of the Tabby hard problems regarding money deduction which allow me to get more Csat

What do you like best about the product?
Well known tool so it "feels like home" and in any case, they have stayed ahead of the curve and Jira works like magic always.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more friendly for the non-tech side of the business.

Our team uses JIra as the primary source of truth for our development plans.
