What do you like best about the product?
I love Jira beacuse it is easy to integrate with the other tools like GitHub, Confluence and slack so it makes developement very easy. Additionally, visual board like scrum are great for ttracking process. We used daily Jira software for developing and communcation purpose in the scrum meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main disadvantage of the Jira is that newcomers might find it a bit overwhemling beacuse of the so many features and customization options. This makes it difficult for new users during implemetation. During peak hours, the response time from customer support is sometimes slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me to solve a problem like task tracking, project organization, time estimation for the sprint. It helps keeps everything organized, prioritizes work and makes it easier to track progess and communicate with team members.

JIRA's robust tracking features, including customizable boards and detailed reporting, enable users to monitor project progress, Detailed Task Management, Enhanced Team Collaboration and Integration with other application
What do you dislike about the product?
The advance capacities of this application are complex and requires an important learning curve. sometimes the user interface is not intuitive, and finally the pricing could be another important consideration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA helps to mange complex project using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) . Mostly task and issue tracking, workflow automation, spring management including collaboration based on real time updates and dashboard.

Limitations to the File size for uploading.

we can integrate jira with the CI-CD pipelines so that we can track it from there too.

My favorite feature is the velocity chart. I like how it looks and how functional it is for my job.

At the beginning, I was a bit confused when I started to use Jira as an administrator, but when I looked at the documentation and started to learn/explore it, I can say that it is a tool that everyone can learn quickly

Best tool to manage agile projects
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a feature rich tool for agile project management. Planning sprints,tasks,subtasks and backlogs is very easy with Jira.
We can add comments like a facebook post including images, videos links etc. Which makes the tasks very easy to track.
Also integrating jira with Bitbucket gives us the power to track bugs within the bitbucket itself. Which improves productivity.
