What do you like best about the product?
How thourough its tool is, the ability to make multiple "tracks" and the customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a customer facing favorite, though it is well put together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the workflow of customer/support requests and also the rollout of product road maps internally.

It's kinda pricey, maybe not great for small teams or startups.

What do you like best about the product?
Helping scrum master to manage the projecs + allow the developers & collegues to monitor and reference the project moving speed and the way of task allocated to them plus bug tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as now. Jirs is moving in right direction

Managing projects + tackling tasks &splitting tasks to sub tasks and bug tracking

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Jira is that it works both for a single-player mode as well as a multi-player mode, which is why it is so powerful. Users sign up for individual use, but then get their whole team onto it.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the team transitions onto using Jira, they find out that it's not made for every use case. That's why they move to traditional help desk/ITSM tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great task tracker

I like how Jira keeps everything organized in one place, making it easy to track tasks and progress. Its simplicity and flexibility make teamwork much smoother.

Jira can feel overwhelming at times, especially with too many features and options. It can be a bit tricky to set up for new users.

Jira helps streamline issue tracking and workflow management for the NOC team by organizing incidents, tasks, and resolutions in a centralized system. This improves visibility, accountability, and efficiency, enabling quicker response times and better collaboration across shifts.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many tools integrations with Jira like Qmetry, Confluence and other which is very helpful in tracking projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike about Jira
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me tracking the backlog bugs in the software project and also helps me keep updated with the bug or a tasks status. It is integrated Qmetry tool which is very helpful to track testing process. Its helpful in maintaining test cases and their execution history.

What do you like best about the product?
Very robust and customizable options while creating workflows. teams can now make and manage their custom workflows.
Integration- Jira offers a wide variety of integration options which makes it very versatile and useful tool.
Analytics- Options to create custom dashboards helps track important metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times in large projects and organizations I have felt a lag in performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my feature releases end to end is governed on jira, helps me track end to end testing and developments cycles which is impossible without such a software

What do you like best about the product?
Unique ticketing system helps to track all the project tasks within timeline and with proper updates on each individual tasks. This is the most useful and unique feature that I like about JIRA.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI interface can be improved more. It is a bit clumsy at present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in bug tracking, posting analysis and track the cross functional comments between different teams which might be involved in a single issue.
