Best in market for team plan, track and releasing software
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Jira is integratede the agile methodologies with Scum and kanban, it is ease of use and implementation. The upsides are designing roadmaps, handling dependencies etc;
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful about jira is customer support, when using in 2021 I faced that and I am not sure now. The downsides are high customizable leads to confusion and inconsistancy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The business problem solved by Jira for my organisation is helping teams to follow agile, assign and prioritize tickets, helps design roadmaps, manage tracking project progress.

UI is great.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any such issue with this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organizaton has a mobile app which consistently experiences many bugs. To deal with those bugs and to fix them, we created a JIR A ticket and mentioned all the info required by the dev team to investigate. There is a comment section in the ticket where we can do regular follow up with the dev team to get the current progress or live status of the issue. It's a very great platform for bug management.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is very easy to use, I can easily collaborate with my team, inform them through mentions or notifications, I can also record how much time the task is taking, I can also customize the file as per my need, which I like very much
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira's workload management I don't like at all, there is limited time tracking and the resource management gap is very small as those in other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to do team collaboration with the help of Jira, you can inform the team by mentioning it or by giving notification, and you also get to know how much time it is taking which is very good for us, visualize, organize, and track work in sprints with custom scrum boards.

when there is a problem with time management for client delivery,i can easily check the jira and able to find out which team is the main reason for the delay, rather than going for an personal conversations.

The best thing I like about Jira is its bug raising, issue tracking and reporting capabilities. Also it provides customisable dashboard and workflow and it easy to integrate.

Jira - Easy to use, hard to master!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that you can see everything in one place. Creating tasks, tracking them, and figuring out who’s responsible for what is super easy. The Kanban and sprint boards are especially great—everything is so visual. And those automated workflows? They save a ton of time. Overall, it’s a very powerful tool with so many features.In addition, I would like to note that the G2 platform, which I mentioned in my previous review, Qase io is integrated into the Jira platform and this plays a very important role in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue is that it’s too complex. At first, there are so many features that it’s overwhelming. You spend a lot of time just trying to figure things out. Also, the speed can be frustrating—pages take forever to load sometimes. And let’s not even talk about some integrations or setups; without IT support, it’s hard to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work on complex government projects, and without Jira, keeping track of all the moving pieces would be a nightmare. It helps us organize tasks, track progress, and make sure deadlines aren’t missed. For example, we can easily assign tasks to team members and monitor their status on the board. It’s also great for managing bugs—everything is documented properly, so nothing slips through the cracks. Overall, it’s made our team more efficient and reduced the chaos in managing large-scale projects

What do you like best about the product?
As a Technical Support Engineer, Jira is very helpful for creating issues with the engineering team and tracking the status of tickets. It also allows me to provide suggestions in case the team is facing any difficulties. I can create workflows and there is a lot of flexibility in the escalation process and bug tracking.
The mobile app is convenient, and it’s easy to integrate with other applications. Additionally, it is simple to install on both mobile and desktop.
