powerful not user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Nice integration with different projects and dashboard, fairly easy to use after some time, i work it daily as a customer service manager.

UX/UI could be improved, sometimes the search is not accurate, sometimes I need to write a query to retrieve what I need

It is easy to raise tickets to sort IT related issues.

It can be more customized with more options to make it more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Jira, the IT team gets the ticket reviewed from the people and help them resolve it through their hardware/software upgradations.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is one of the best tools you can use to track bugs, manage incoming deployments, and access documentation. It's not hard to get started and is very easy to implement in your workflow.
I haven’t heard of anyone needing to contact their support, as the platform is very stable and rarely fails. However, most users say their customer support is highly accessible.
I use it daily as part of my routine, it integrates with many CRMs. If you're a developer, tech support agent, or work in a similar field, you’ll love it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing so far that I don’t like about Jira. If anything, it would probably be the tag system but overall, it’s really good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me track and submit requests to developers. It also helps me run test cases during QA regression and most importantly, track bugs.

Jira helps us stay organized and on track, especially when working with multiple team members or deadlines. It makes it easy to break big tasks into smaller ones, assign them clearly, and track progress in real time. It’s definitely helped reduce confusion and made collaboration much smoother.

Each day, we create a list of tasks and bugs, along with estimated completion times. Every item is assigned to the responsible team member and their reporting manager. This structured approach helps us track productivity effectively and consistently complete more tasks each month.
Best Ticketing system
What do you like best about the product?
This is an industry standard for me. Jira does a great job at keeping things easy to use and implement what you expect. I use this every day and it keeps my team on track.

It can be as complex or as simple as you make it. My company has a more complex use for it.

We use it to track the bugs that we have coming in. It works great from that perspective, we can track straight from the user to the QA process what is happening.

Jira can feel a bit complex for new users due to its many features and settings. It can take some time to get comfortable with the tool and make the best use of its capabilities.

Jira helps manage complex projects by providing a structured way to track tasks, priorities, and progress across teams. Mainly, it allowed us to maintain transparency and stay aligned across departments, making it easier to deliver projects on time and adapt to changes quickly.

For large organizations or teams with thousands of issues, performance can become sluggish without proper maintenance.

Helps us keep track of issues and progress in different projects, identify roadblocks, communicate with other team members about requirements and deadlines.
