What do you like best about the product?
Ho easy it is to navigate Jira, and able to customize lots
What do you dislike about the product?
The support can be a slow and lacking at times

What do you like best about the product?
I'd say Jira's best feature is the capability to collaborate between teams. Our team uses it on a daily basis, conversations about development, bug fixing, QA, etc. all occur on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has many many features, tools, views, add-ons, it can get a little chaotic to use.
Integration with Intercom, specifically, was not very hard, but it's not as transparent as we'd like.

Managing tasks, projects, and develop work in general.
My experience with Jira Agile board
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to build tickets, add release, epics and create sub-task, task, bug, stories on jira.
User can track the issues using epic or releases.
Maintaining backlog is also easy there.
Very less downtime for new updates.
It is easy to login into jira and we can provide access according to the role.
I use jira for daily basis to track and log my work, which is too easy to be done.
Customer support is good in case of any blockers.
Implementing new project board and adding new members to the project is easy on jira, we just have to create a project and assign ticket to the member.
I like emojis they add in the restropective. Its fun to add emoions there.
User can track the issues using epic or releases.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to track the closed stories or tickets on jirs. Either we have to remember the ticket number or else it will take a lot of time to find the older tickets, in case we have to check any information on that.
Sometime downtime take a day too.
Jira provide some set of specific options like for priorities, boards options etc., which are not customizable.

A massive help for day to day projects
What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely love how it helps me in all my project delivery, how easy it is to create tasks and assign them to a team member and how we can track every week what needs to be done or what has been done across the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!!! I have been using it for years and a big fan!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For developing new products and for preparing the launch of new products JIRA has been essential in ensuring all team members are aligned with what needs to be delivered and when. The team collaboration on projects has been essential in delivering products and in reporting to management about how the delivery is tracking.
Great system, difficult to modify

The ecosystem with atlassian is helpful to connect to confluence. I like the ability to track progress of tickets and the ability to configure the workflow.

This product is more complicated to configure than Asana.

How you don't have good control over your views and it is cumbersome to adjust certain things in bulk when a ticket has already been created.

What do you like best about the product?
Jiar is widly used Project management tool and very easy to operate, easy to impliment, easy to intigrate with any tool. we have so many feature to use, coustome status and most usefull is we can add the coustome fileds. reporting feautes are super and very intractive. sending notification to the user based on the action taken. Issues tracking is very easy

It is solving several key problems related to project management,like software dowlpment life cycle, maintaning agaile process and team very well and even task traking is very easy, creating bugs and traking the status, and project progress efficiently.
