Friendly and useful app
What do you like best about the product?
The tracking you can give to a ticket/problem, you can see the person responsible and the status in real time
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any problems so far, I'm very happy with the app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If we need to repair any work we can upload photos and a description of the problem, we can also copy the department/person responsible and see the updates instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira makes project tracking much easier with its customizable workflows and agile tools. The reporting features and integrations help streamline everything for the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Jira can feel a bit overwhelming, especially with its complexity and the number of options available. It also tends to get slow when dealing with large projects or a lot of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps streamline project management by keeping tasks organized, tracking progress, and ensuring team alignment. It makes it easier to manage sprints, prioritize work, and stay on top of deadlines, which improves overall productivity and collaboration.
A good and Poeerful combination to have
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite key is automated evidence collection, hyperproof can automatically collect and sync evidence from jira making it easier to manage complaince documents, Also updates made in Jira are reflected hyperproof and vice verse.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Complexity is installing/ configuring
-Limited field support from hyperproof but they have loads of videos to help.
-If your deployment changes from jira server to jira cloud you have to reconfigure again

Its a great piece of software, but it takes a lot of time to set things up.

The best tool for managing iterations
What do you like best about the product?
It provides one of the best iteration cooperation platform.
It is easy to manage a few projects, tracking progress, prepare different charts, different boards and filters to help to manage even a few projects from one place.
It is effortless to prepare DOD on JIRA level, generate statistics and, as the result, support planning of next iterations.
Furthermore, integrated AI support in few places like generation subtask to story is also very helpful.
My team is using in on daily basics because of cooperation abilities, and it is also a basic tool to do our Daily Stand-UP (especially with last updates DSU tool integrated in JIRA)

Jira is highly customizable and helps track tasks management, sprint planning and progress tracking make it easily. It’s great for organizing work, prioritizing tasks and collaborating with my team efficiently.

Jira can be a bit complex to set up and navigate, especially for new users. It may take time to get used to all the features but once familiar, it becomes a valuable tool for efficient project management and team collaboration.

It's solves the problem of managing complex projects by organizing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring clear team collaboration. It helps me prioritize work, set deadlines, and easily identify bottlenecks. This makes my workflow more efficient and keeps projects on track.
helpful for improvements and task tracking
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is so wonderful to track tasks and make sure tasks are completed. We are able to allow several different users to submit tasks and add improvements. It is a super easy process to add and categorize as needed. For certain departments, they use is daily. Other departments use it about 1x a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am very happy with JIRA. I wish there was the ability to push out reminders for the user that submitted a task.

We are able to see how we can improve our system for clients and other employees. We are also able to streamline to-do's!
Reliable took for task management
What do you like best about the product?
In my office we use jira for task management and time management, which helps us for team projects with multiple moving parts. The task and subtask part had made things very easy to track and also the recent UI improvements are really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the Ui is updated recently still some features feel buried requiring too many numbers of clicks for simple function. It's also a bit tricky to customise. It would be great if jira streamlined some of these elements to improve the usability and speed up everyday task.

Jira solved problem of disorgnised projects, jira is a structural tool which helps me to stick to my timelines and have effective communication. Jira streamlines workflows by which whole team can track the project real-time and ensure accountability as well.

Great task management system

Jira enables us to keep track of tickets and bugs in a structured manner. Its features enable us to work in an agile enviroment without worrying about tracking the progress.

The UI can be a little laggy sometimes. It can also slow down when the project becomes large.
