What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Jira is the smooth collaboration and integration with various tools like Teams, Outlook, Slack etc. Other things that I like are as follows:
1. It is easy to use
2. Quick implementations

What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not dived too deep into the Jira to know what is the thing that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is solving one main issue of the industry which is project/ issue management. It is easy to break the requirement and list out in Jira as per the practice of Agile. Various ceremonies can be handled with the help with Jira. There are many other issues Jira is solving, love the application.

Limitations for the number of user that we can have on basics plan

How my team can collaborate easily, and make projects work seamlessly. I can track everyone's progress, project progress, timelines, all in one place. I can add documents, sheets, files, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt anything I dislike yet. The features are very useful.

Managing multiple projects in one place, tracking progress, and tagging people, and teams. Its never been easier.

It is really simple to work with huge projects with Jira. It was easy to me for implementation.

Do not like when addtional life-required things need to be additionally paided (like roadmap)

What do you like best about the product?
Jira customizes the workflows to match specific teams projects and gives detailed reports and keeps tracks of everything. It have the access to integrate with other tools and also make sure the right persons have their right projects and information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can be pretty expensive compared to other tools. It also gets the new users confused with the complex interface if they are not familiar with the tool. I personally find notification issues are high which drives us to unprodctive time.

JIRA helps in both project and ticket managements. It logs and tracks the bugs and issues improving productivity.
It helps in monitoring the tickets and project effectively and one can collabare easily between teams using JIRA.
It also enables teams to create workflows based on the users requirements.
It can handle any type of projects big or small, which is suitable for both small and big organisations.

In professional life it becomes an essential tool to manage and track team progress.

Due to its multiple features it hard to learn initially. Sometimes it slow down with lot of data set.

sometimes it can be complex to use and there loading times.

I have used this tool for creating tickets for managing my shift prefrence and for raising any issues or any task which needs to update on back office.

Jira is very useful in my day to day task. i use to update the task status and also it's customiztion and easy to integrate with other platforms as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, But they can still improve in the UI and UX

we use jira for sprint planning and execution. and after we started using jira our productivty has increased and we can forsee the difficulties of the task and communicate easily.
