Task and ticket management has become really efficient
What do you like best about the product?
1. Task and bug tracking is really efficient

Best tool for Agile and Project Planning & Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI most. It offers search queries and filters which is very helpful. You can get any data usign these filters rather than spending your time traversing throgh the UI.
They also introduced AI assisted filters as well.
It offers to add any custom fields to your project/task which is another very useful feature.
It can be integrated with slack, gmail, MS Team and many other 3rd party tools.
It offeres email notification for any status change on the ticket which is extremely helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there will lag/delay between the action and the reflected data on the UI. Let's say I changed the status of the ticket to in-progress, sometimes, the status won't update right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user I want to know what task I should work on and what are requirements. Jira offers very intuitive way to embed all these information in the ticket. I get instant updates for any change on the ticket.
Overall, it has boosted my productivity and I stay at the top of any change requested by the team.

What do you like best about the product?
JIRA provides a lot of functionalities to collaborate and work together. The helps in tracking the progress of work and more importantly shows the ownership of the task/issue. It's easy to use and even a first-time user can learn it's functionality in the matter or hours. I use this product every day, cannot imagine how had work life would be without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not find any disliking about JIRA. I feel it's perfect the way it is.

Amazing and clean interface. Easy to use and adopt
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very clean and easy to understand. I was taked to implement the software to all the heads of department, people who have been working for over a decade atleast without any project management software, but even they were able to integrate it into their work easily.
The comment and tag system greatly helped communicating between teams and understanding due date defaults and allowed all teams to work on them.

The sub task system couldve been better, and thgere couldve been linking between tasks

Jira is easy to use tool. Jira has robust feature that helps to Agile project management. Jira provides great customer support. Jira is easy to implement that helps team. Frequency of using JIRA is very high in corporate sector. Jira providea customizable workflows, seamless integrations.

Jira can be complex to use for new joiners beacuse of its features.
