Best tool for tracking product development
What do you like best about the product?
Very clean interface, easy to understand, keeps making iterations to suit needs of users. Very helpful in tracking product development progress with the help of different reports and burn charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic functionalities are still not there like moving tasks in bulk, it requires a very lengthy and arduous process. Overall the tool is very good to use but room for improvements is definitely there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging Epics, user stories, tracking product development during daily huddles, giving visibility to management on different projects/product development. Monitoring developers productivity and bug resolving speed. Logging bugs and following up with them with devs.

What do you like best about the product?
It is helping us to track tasks, make plans for upcoming tasks, assign work to collegues, track ongoing customer complainsts and issues.

It can be slow sometimes and take a lot of time to refrest its state from progress to completed.

The thing that i like best about Jira is that it lets us to plan our work, collaborate with teammates, track progress of the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that i dislike about jira is that it doesn't let users to update tasks instantly, i.e updates can take time to show up on the UI.

The software allows me to customize my workflows to a great degree. The personalization has made me feel like the software is a part of me

The range of features were not so easy to utilize at first as they were overwhelming, but with continued use I now know what to use and what not to use

we use the Cloud version, and it is sometimes down for maintenance without advance notice.
