What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can organize projects, pieces of projects, tasks associated and assign/comment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty in some of the reporting pulls and visual availability and lack of templates for reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project managment with tech development, tracking and status and then housing documents and conversations in one place as well as inbedding tickets into confluence pages.
JIRA helps to keep our teams organized
What do you like best about the product?
Once you know how to use it, it is very helpful in keeping multiple teams working on the same project organized and helps to hold teams accountable on what's due/when
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the most user friendly platform, it takes a while and a good amount of training to understand how to use the program fully
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira provides one central workspace for all teams to reference on a project, which helps us keep track of what deliverables are due when and who is owning them. I also use Jira to track campaign optimizations (and to communicate with the teams responsible for implementing optimizations) which helps 1) keep everything related to a campaign in one space and 2) give a paper trail of performance optimizations to reference in the future
Jira - "Making Project Accountability easy"
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the project management in jira, making the whole project details and issue trackers very easy to maintain. It has helped my organisation by saving a lot of time
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a great software, i don't find aything disliking about jira
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier the bug tracking wasn't easy for my organisation, jira has helped my organisation by automating this whole scenario. Also if i want to access any project details i can, It eventually saved a lot of time for us.

Easy to use and find better solution and also quick to create and find bug in the jira.

No dislike from my end...it's simply superb

One of the great ticketing tools available
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is one of the best ticketing tools available and the best is easy to use UI. Also we can customise the naming of the cases according to your teams preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
One this if you close Jira ticket it requires additional access to open normaly you can't reopen any Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is helping us tracking any ongoing issue with the exact status along with the progress of the team. Its easy to communicate on the same ticket with the team as well.

Additionally, JIRA integrates seamlessly with a wide range of other tools, including Confluence, Bitbucket, Slack, and various CI/CD tools, enhancing its functionality and collaboration capabilities.
As a developer, I use JIRA regularly to update my tickets. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate and use effectively.

Nothing as of now. Everything looks fine

JIRA allows project managers to easily track the project's progress and understand its direction. As a developer, I update the tickets daily so my manager knows which tasks I have completed. I also receive notifications when new tickets are assigned to me. Each ticket contains detailed information about the task, enabling me to start my work seamlessly.

so JIRA I am using from last 5 years its a one place for project management software.
its Xray tool is good for manual engineers and integration with different tools also a big feaure. its easy in use, anyone can easily understand and implament it. they also have a good support sysetem.

I think till now I didn't find anything which I don't like about JIRA

yes so initially I was facing issue with defect reportig but when It comes to JIRA its very easy to me report the Defects and tracking the progress.

Jira software is used to check and keep a track of the tasks which helps in organising and manage the team tasks. We can see who is doing what task and what is the progress of the tasks...if it meets the business requirements or not

People new to project management can find jira interface little complex..after using it for 4 to 5 times, you can get a good idea about it

As through jira you can keeps track of the tasks...it helps in ensuring that every task is documented and tracked and completed in time which can increase the productivity of the team

What do you like best about the product?
Jira has been a game-changer for my team's project management. The best thing about this is its issues and tracking features which helps us to deliver features on time and helps us stay ahead. Also, since it integrates with other tools, like Confluence, github etc, it helps us to track the changes and view the updates without even leaving the JIRA borad.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the major drawbacks that I think is its complexity. Especially for new users, the learning curve can be steep, as it even took me some time to get fully comfortable with all its features and settings related to in and around JIRA.
