What do you like best about the product?
The format , displaying the project sprints timeline and ease of use.This software has vast features .
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to search for a particular filter based on our requirement is little hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software shows the timeline, assignees for the ticket , comments , discussions , current sprint and future sprint tickets and issues.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Jira is its ease of use. We experience fast communication for new onboarding, software purchases, and any requests or issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far using Jira I have not encountered any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us communicate easily when bringing up any issues. Opening a ticket with Jira works very well for facilitating communication

It feels over-featured for my needs sometimes.

Sprint planning, daily tasks and estimations. It organizes my unstructured processes and mind.

What do you like best about the product?
What we enjoy most about Jira on our develpoment team is how easy it is to keep track of all aspect of a project for a smooth process. Jira has all the features you would need and integration with other applications is a huge win!
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience as a creative director and working with a team of graphic designer, we feel the interface is not as user friendly as we would like compaired to other project management tools that are out there. At times it can be overwhelming navigating around the application. Alot of basic features we would like to use are only available as 3rd party free/paid plugins. That is a downside for me in the project managemnet software industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of every aspect of a project is the biggest problem we face. With Jira, that problem is solved by being able to properly manage each individual team members assignments and workflow in a streamlined process.

What do you like best about the product?
All the bottons make sense, it is very user-friendly. I like the simple design too. I dont mind using it every day. It does not have too many features, so you dont feel lost when using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer some easier options to communicate with HR to ask about the codes for some tasks. I would prefer to get a better customer support too, for example via a chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To track my time and be able to modify it.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a project planner for all types, offering a lot of flexibility and a wide range of applications. It is very easy to use, and it is full of tools and reports that make it easy to track tasks, people, and workgroups. Its implementation was very simple, and the integration with other applications makes configuring workflows an easy task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some errors in the application and different ways of doing the same thing make it easy to confuse things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I facilitate the task of tracking issues when developing software.

Jira provides a well managed dashboard, through which product managers, engineers, can keep track of their tickets. It provides seemless integration with various platforms like Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira's UI could be slow sometimes. and their customer support team is hard to reach by.

Jira is helping our team to manage our tickets effectively, and keep tracks of every individual's work. It provides easy integration with slack, which helps us to update everyone in real time.
