Jira in practice: Efficiency meets complexity
What do you like best about the product?
I like Jira becuause of its robust customization capabilities.It offers customizable workflows,issues types, fields and dashboard to fit the specific requirements.Integration with other tools like bitbucket or Github is so useful to streamline development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is sometimes slow with large project and high volumes of issues.Integration with automation tool required technical knowledge.
If we use custom addons and integration than the cost is really expensive.

Jira helps teams to track and manage task,bugs,features ,provides centralized system for logging and monitoring issues.
Jira supports scurm methodologies in sprint planning , backlog grooming and real time project tracking.
Allows to create custom workflows,fields and issue types to match specific processes.
Jira offer various reports nad dashboard to monitor project performance.
Jira seamlessly integrates with 3rd party tools like github & bitbucket.

Jira - Good Project & Workflow management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate its effectiveness in tracking project progress, managing tasks and collaborating with project teams. The tool's ability to streamline project workflows, assign tasks, and monitor project requirements is well-received by users. Some users find it challenging to configure initially but overall consensus is that Jira Software excels in providing a centralized platform for efficient project and task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It usually requires a lot of learning in order to most effectively and optimally use JIRA. A lot of it comes with time and experience.There is a learning curve to working in JIRA, it is not immediately intuitive to a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use JIRA as our first most tool to track all the bugs and respective follow-ups and In a remote-first world, JIRA allows you to maintain tight communication and aligned scope even as teams work across time zones and helps in keep track of bugs in our project day to day life.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the issue filter and custom field in Jira, it helps to save time by finding my tickets quickly. also I am able to connect with slack which is also convenient for instant updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to load the data but there are no other issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to manage our task very efficiently and faster way, also provides report for our task, an with using multiple integration we can easily use it like with slack, teams, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is user-friendly as it provides an option for SSO login.
Jira has also an option to integrate with other systems such as Slack, etc.
We use Jira as a help desk tool to communicate with the users and other stakeholders
Jira customer team is always ready to support on downtime or inform new features.

So far, Jira is the best tool to use as it has many functionalities to be used in service management and project management

Jira has centralized all tickets in one place which has resolved the moment spent on different systems we used before.
Easy to use application for day to day business
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy in use and has all functionalities for me to do my daily backlog management. They still find new functionalities to add regularly, which makes it even better.
With the integration with Microsoft Teams, me and my developemtent team are informed abount important changes in our backlog, like creation of critcal bug. This can easially be done via automation.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, historical reports like the velocity chart are only available for 7 sprints, which will make it impossible to look back to the trendline over an entire year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps the development team in tracking their work from day to day bases.
And in combination with Jira Plans, it helps me as Product Owner / Product Manager to make plans for the upcoming period without the need to put all stories in a sprint already.

Best tool for reporting bugs and project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Jira software helps assign and prioritise bugs automatically as soon as they’re logged. This makes it easy for me and the teams to track and resolve issues efficiently from start to finish.
JIRA is also easily integrated with the organisation's internal customer support tools like Zendesk Support Suite and Confluence for Knowledge management teams. We do not need to get out of our tool to look for Bugs that were reported.

The interface of JIRA can be a little complex for new users without much exposure to locating information while reading or filing JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me out by taking care of bug management and prioritization automatically as soon as they’re logged. This makes it super easy for my team and me to track and resolve issues efficiently from start to finish. Plus, with its integration with our internal tools like Zendesk Support Suite and Confluence, I don’t have to jump between different platforms to find reported bugs. It saves me much time and keeps our workflow smooth and productive.
My first Project Management tool I learnt
What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy to understand as a first timer and I learnt it quickly and used it to manage my team effeciently nad effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything is very easy and provide everything to track the progress of the project.

It helped me track project tasks in a better way. Assign the task to write indiviual.
Jira can be implemented everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I can see the tracking of each task or ticket for each user registered in the system, the tracking and notifications of each change are very efficient, as you receive emails notifying you. Its installation is the easiest to do, I haven't used customer support, but a colleague has, because the project manager, the frequency of use is daily, 365 days a year for 10 hours a day, Jira has saved our lives several times. We also love that they have many tools that can be integrated and make life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price and that every time I want to add a new user, I have to notify about this new one.
