What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Jira is its bug raising, issue tracking and reporting capabilities. Also it provides customisable dashboard and workflow and it easy to integrate.

Can be complex for new user for small teams with simple requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is helping organisation to manage project and timesheet for user . It is easy to use, implement and integrate.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is that you can see everything in one place. Creating tasks, tracking them, and figuring out who’s responsible for what is super easy. The Kanban and sprint boards are especially great—everything is so visual. And those automated workflows? They save a ton of time. Overall, it’s a very powerful tool with so many features.In addition, I would like to note that the G2 platform, which I mentioned in my previous review, Qase io is integrated into the Jira platform and this plays a very important role in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue is that it’s too complex. At first, there are so many features that it’s overwhelming. You spend a lot of time just trying to figure things out. Also, the speed can be frustrating—pages take forever to load sometimes. And let’s not even talk about some integrations or setups; without IT support, it’s hard to manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work on complex government projects, and without Jira, keeping track of all the moving pieces would be a nightmare. It helps us organize tasks, track progress, and make sure deadlines aren’t missed. For example, we can easily assign tasks to team members and monitor their status on the board. It’s also great for managing bugs—everything is documented properly, so nothing slips through the cracks. Overall, it’s made our team more efficient and reduced the chaos in managing large-scale projects

What do you like best about the product?
As a Technical Support Engineer, Jira is very helpful for creating issues with the engineering team and tracking the status of tickets. It also allows me to provide suggestions in case the team is facing any difficulties. I can create workflows and there is a lot of flexibility in the escalation process and bug tracking.

The mobile app is convenient, and it’s easy to integrate with other applications. Additionally, it is simple to install on both mobile and desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is great and provides the necessary options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is really helpful as it allows me to easily create and track issues. It helps me work closely with the engineering team, keep an eye on ticket updates.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Manager, it helps me a lot to create issues for team members and track the status of Tickets. Also, I can suggest in the JIRA in case they are stuck anywhere.

sometimes will get confused about the configuration, maybe I am not familiar with this. but the features are all good.

What do you like best about the product?
We can integrat2 with popular tools like confluence, bitbucket, GitHub and many others team collaboration. It is useful for all team sizes.

It is expensive for larger teams. It takes little bit time to understand and It require proper network connections.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing in JIRA is managing day to day tasks. Github integration in JIRA is really good. Daily usage makes it more frequent use. Creating and implementing the tickets are easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike in JIRA. It is a feature rich application which makes me to carry away day to day tasks and managing the things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the bugs are really helpful. integration with github is really useful.

What do you like best about the product?
It really an amazing tool to track on all our work status and collaborate with team incase incase of any issue on the assigned task.
What do you dislike about the product?
All good, don't have any dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really for me and our team to track all our work status and helps to know what my team is doing and what their status as well. Also we can merge our code to Github using JIRA's branch name, so that it will help us to find our work in development branch in future.

What do you like best about the product?
I like management tab like to do - dev - QA etc and it is best for Internal Communication and Raised bug also track but apart from that we can integrate test cases with jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
till now idont have any experience like this.
