What do you like best about the product?
It’s simple, flexible, and works well for all types of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can be a bit confusing for new users because there are so many features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps keep projects organized by tracking tasks and progress in one place. It makes it easier to assign tasks, meet deadlines, and work better as a team. This saves time and helps projects get done efficiently.
Good integration for ticketing
What do you like best about the product?
In the use case we have for Jira, I find it very useful to track tickets that are incoming from clients. I'm not the most involved with the platform itself, which makes me more appreciative when the platform is straightforward and doesn't require immense training in order to understand the processes involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite not being a power user, I would still like to learn more, and I think better guided tutorials within the platform would help improve my skills within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as our ticketing platform/software to track incoming tickets from clients, and triage them into their appropriate place within our organization.
The greatest ticket platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, how easy was for us to implement it for our app updates, we create tickets at least once a day, the features and how great it merges with confluence is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search should be easier to find especific tickets.

Create a paper trail of all the tickets and task our IT team needs to do

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use JIRA to manage all of our projects internally, and also for our retainer clients. It is used as a repository for all of our project based content and communications.

Workflow management and tracking of day to day work

Nothing as we adopted jira and using for our projects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's better than vnv model of software life cycle. Immediately we can tack issues and fix in upcoming releases.
Best Project Management Tool for managing teams
What do you like best about the product?
Jira has a robust set of tools for managing tasks and project for the whole organization. Additionally, it is super easy to use and there is a lot of integrations with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one issue with Jira. their customer support is not that good compared to there competitors.

We use Jira to solve our daily task tracking and bug tracking problems and it has been really helpful to us because it becomes really easy for us to manage our workload.
LOTS of functionalities, but also slightly confusing

It has a lot of functionalities out of the box which can be configured to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way things must be setup in the best way can be confusing. The strategy is sometimes chaotic and unclear. What atre you supposed to do where? It seems they have lots of new stuff coming, but it makes things confusign on short term.

Jira is the Core Ticket System in Our Company
What do you like best about the product?
Jira keeps our team organized with its ticketing system, Kanban and Scrum boards, and custom workflows. It’s easy to track tasks, see progress, and connect with other tools like Slack and Confluence. The reports are very helpful for understanding project updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can be hard to learn at first because it’s so detailed. The interface can feel cluttered, and it sometimes takes time to find what you need. Setting up the system is also a bit complex for new users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization ability that jira provides, its super awesome.Also the integaration with all my day to day tools I used has been super handy to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be overwhelming especially with so many features and configurations.

Bug tracking has been absolute fluent with Jira.Also the interface makes very much easy to provide updates to the team members and scrum master.. Also the detailed reporting metrics help my team get better insights of the project.
