when anyone has any support required in netsuite they raise ticket which is quite good for tracking the issues

Collaborative
Effective & efficent to use for an indivisual as well as the team
Ease of Implinetation is very useful
Customer support offered helps a lot for quick resolution
Ease of integration with other tools makes the process effective
As we as a team have High frequency use fo the tool, overall experince offered by the tool is what makes us keep coming back
The number of features offered are very impressive

Nothing in specific, the tool is good to use and with all the offerings, there is nothing to dislike

Effective & efficient coordination between the team, as everyone is sitting in a differnt Geographic and differnt time zone.

What I like best about Jira is its robust customization capabilities. What I dislike about Jira is its complexity and steep learning curve. What do you like best about the product?
JIRA’s comprehensive support for Scrum and Kanban frameworks is exceptional. The ability to effortlessly create and manage sprints, user stories, and epics ensures that our Agile processes are seamless and efficient. The integrations to various other platforms helps us staying up to date with the progress. We use JIRA in our day to day operational tasks/activities and this level of support has been instrumental in driving our projects to successful completions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model can be somewhat complex and may appear steep for smaller teams or startups. A more scalable pricing structure could make JIRA more accessible to a wider range of teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA provides a centralized platform for tracking and managing all aspects of our projects. This centralization ensures that all team members have visibility into the project's progress, tasks, and deadlines, promoting transparency and accountability. Still my go to project tracking tool

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the 800lb gorilla and rightfully so. Admittedly, in the past it was fairly complicated to set up for the lay user, but in the last several years they've made it accesible out of the box to anyone. The free tier is generous and great for startups. There are integrations galore for just about any tool you can think of. I've tried many other project management tools, but none have the extensibility, ease of use, and ever day practicality that Jira has. We use it every day and have little to complain about.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support isn't the easiest thing to get if you're not a paid customer, but the community forums are a good resource. Jira is overbuilt for most companies so it can be overwhelming for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us track everything we do as a product team. It's our system of record for epics, features, and bugs. We integrate it with Github so we can easily track commits and PRs and access them with a single click. Additionally, the new Product Discovery tool has given us a single place to manage our ideas and product work.

Tracking tasks. Wow.
