A productive tool
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the structures function, it helps a lot in the analyzes I do of our teams

The slowness to export some structures that have a little more data

Productivity problems. I export all the information from our Devs and see where we are having problems

Jira is a best platform to managing projects and making tasks and managing tasks. You can create verious column to manage tasks.

This is very useful in meny fields but in deployment of any project i think there is sometimes a glitch.

Facilitating comprehensive application progress tracking, seamless task assignment to employees and precise bug and issue documentation with detailed explanations. Equipped with agile support for dynamic project management and effortless timeline creation and easy customer support. Can be easiley integrated with Git.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subscription may require and not usually for small industry.

It helps by managing and improving project management. As it supports agile methodology and can be easily integrated with git helps to monitor past present and future status of the application.

What do you like best about the product?
Upsides that has been provided by jira is where you can manage different project in single platform.
Jira provides varioud features which helps in managing and tracking the progress of the organization/projects.
It has dashbaord ( where you can see the total overall progress of the particular project ) , Create ( where user can create user stories, bugs, sub tasks ), Filters ( where user can use filters to search the tickets in the jira).

What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is user friendly , it is easy to use as compared to any other platforms. it is budget frienldy whcih gives user a upper hand in using Jira.Most organization has jira and you can add different projects in it and helps it to manage the tasks easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira Software has features like bug tracking ( you can create bugs in jira with proper severity , priority and fill the details like construction, logged by, assignee etc ) which helps in creating it. User can attach the test cases and attachment of the bugs which they have been created. Jira also helps in managing the projects/ product which helps them track it easily. User can use their own filets to search the tasks, stories, tickets etc.
Jira also provides the chart of progres i.e. ( burn down chart) and see the users which they have logged the time and original time estitate in the ticket.

Jira is a useful tool for keeping track of tasks and managing projects efficiently.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the ease of use, Jira is so much user friendly you can directly create a ticket and assign it. It helps developer and stakeholder to manage their tasks. Also I am personal user of Jira. All my day to day tasks are carried out by it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of jira is not that great. I mean they should work on their UI part.The subscription amount increases based on user and that is also very high.I think they should work on their pricing part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves our day to day problem and managing our tasks. It helps us in sprint planning and also we can give deadlines of particular tasks. It also has time tracking feature where we can see the amount of time spent on particular task. It also has comments section which helps all the stakeholder to raise and issue or talk about something related to task.

Jira is a great software that allows coordination of activities, tasks, comments, communication, requests, etc. between different companies and continents.

Nothing to dislike - everything is Ok in Jira

It helps that everyone is updated on the status of a task and that everyone knows where to proceed.
Amzing platform for bug tracking and task management
What do you like best about the product?
Jira provides a centralized repository for authorized team members to log bugs and make their tracking very easy via automated workflows and real time notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about Jira but view of the attachements within the bugs / ticket should be more visibile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira provided us a centralized repository for managing and tracking of the bugs being reported. It provide real time data interchange between developers and QA resources.

It is easy and user friendly. You dont need to be extensive trained to use this
