What do you like best about the product?
Keeps open/closed tickets organized and easy visilibty to any pending action steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface (UI) can be a little more user friendly and simplied for easier navigation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just Jira to submit tickets to address and fix bugs and problems on our payment processing platform. I also use it to keep track of our daily disbursement batch modifications (split), so I can pick up on what was not batched to request a rebatch remainder on the following day.

Helped alot in BUG Fixing for fluxa

What do you like best about the product?
The best super smart tool for any developer, When I was working on the Fluxa project then total project management happened over JIRA for Fluxa and it was just easy to use this awesome tool.

Our Bug tracking happened over this tool and became easy, the description box we tried to fill with our all RAC and then wait to finalize the estimation with details with auto status was great.

Also integration became easy with other application while using JIRA.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is smooth and easy to use with this tool best and easiest thing to integrate with any other S/W or tool

Any team can over this tool easily interact with each other and update with Backlogs.

It's easy to come up with ideas and implementation over JIRA.

During our project on FLUXA, we were only using this tool frequently and found it amazing and only point that came to my mind was the price and this can be a factor for some organizations to dislike this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very simple without JIRA features we can't imagine tracking the record of a large-scale project smoothly. And that's not benefited me this benefiting almost every developer.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira's simple and clean user interface helps users stay on track of their projects without too much distraction. Creating tickets, sub-tasks & epics helps team members know where they're at with their projects, and being able to move a project from In Progress to Done is such a satisfying feeling!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Jira is that it's not particularly beginner-friendly, so more educational resources are needed before diving in to Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As someone in an Ops role, Jira is helping me keep track of projects such as user research requests, so I know where teams are at in their process.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira as an application has various features and provides you with the best managing platform for the users and the organization.
Users can create tickets such as bugs, sub tasks, devlopment dtory, Epics etc. Users can track dwon their time in which particular tickets they have been loggin the time .
Jira has all different types of charts such as burndown chart etc which helps organization to track dwon the improvement of the tasks in it .
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira as an application has been meeting the user requirements for day to day life and hence dont see any cons for this parituclar application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira as an application helps you tracks the bugs which have been created by the users and users can see the bugs which have been reported by the particular user. it has various option like , to see the my open issues, reported by me , dash board etc.
In Dashboard you can see the proper all over the progress that team has made in it.
it has burn down chart which helps in tracking the progress of the sprint and milestone and they can user custom filter to check the time logging by the user for that particular tasks.
User can add tasks in the backlog and change the time of the sprint as per the standards. So, Jira is a full package for the organization to access and managaing the tasks all over it .

What do you like best about the product?
It is versatile to use, it tracks my all work which i did in month , so that my manager get to know about my work. Also it helps me to complete my task on time, this is beacuse jira sprint track all task of that sprint and if any task is remaining then i easily got to know from jira. So this help to maintain my consistancy and manager always keep watch on my work and give me appreciation because i complete all task on time. Moreover , it is easy to implement and integrate with existing system.
What do you dislike about the product?
With some pros there are some cons. Due enormous users , user may find bad expereince in customer support.
Many frequest users access jira so , it can hamper response time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It smooth process of project managemnt. I can track bug which created by Quality Assurance and that can be solved and let to know my manager. It makes communication easier. It also tracks all my work which i completed in my past in organization.

Users might not like Jira's complexity, especially when used frequently, it can be challenging to navigate regulary.
