What do you like best about the product?
It is the best way to report issues and to make a clear Kanban dashboard and keep track on tasks. It can be personalised to meet specific needs and it is very flexible
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't worked on it much but I feel sometimes that it is not that user friendly, and it seems quite technical to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel it is very centralised in terms of project tracking, reporting issues and communication by file sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is so flexible that it can easily adapted to the requirements of each specific scrum team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the structure feature is very helpful for backlog refinement, there is limited documentation of the structure annotation functions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is used to mange the Epic, Stories(Business requests) and developer tasks that are the responsibility of the Scrum team.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira makes project management incredibly simple. Because of its many features, managing the application is made easier for both managers and staff. It features numerous integrations and is completely customizable. It offers smooth collaboration features and workflows that can be customized. I can more effectively plan, manage, and complete projects thanks to its user-friendly interface, which also makes agile development, task tracking, and issue tracking simpler. Furthermore, the price is fair
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Jira for a very long time, and I do not currently see any drawbacks. Jira has features that make it very easy to meet user requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the numerous problems that Jira has helped my team and its members with is team management, which makes it possible for us to work together more successfully.

Furthermore, it's incredible numerous features is another one of the problems Jira has solved for me personally, which makes it easy for me to understand and navigate the app seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
Software development and management of websites has been easy since we began utilizing Jira. the platform is well-liked for it's project management applications such as task surveillance, operations, analytics and communication. R&D, coding and UX analyzing is now more than ever effective with Jira as it works with other programs like Slack and GitHub. Jira provides a range of pricing tiers based on the required features and user count.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira has an extensive learning process for more advanced capabilities, can be daunting for inexperienced users, and occasionally causes system crashes, which can be particularly problematic when working with huge datasets or intricate processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management in software development and analytics in all stages is easier as we can successfully plan and distribute resources effectively to fulfill project deadlines with Jira's agility. Managers now use Jira to see how their teams are performing, identify and mitigate problems, and make informed choices that are tailored to the unique requirements and workflows of various projects and teams in software development.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira offers an array of useful tools and features to make managing products and projects easy. Everything can be easily tracked and because of this we use it every day with all of our products. There are a plethora of integrations available, which we utilize in order to manage and track our progress to complete the goals that we as a business want to achieve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the new features that Jira keeps adding. However, one I would like to see is better reports. I would love to be able to have a variety of reporting more readily available, and what would be very helpful would be an AI chatbot that could assist with building those reports, as building and creating the reports are probably the most tedious processes that I have encountered in Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira to manage all our products, and to create tasks to bring us closer to fully developing those products. We also use Jira to track bugs and track the solutions that are created for bugs within our web app. Without Jira, we would have a much more difficult time keeping track of and recording all that happens within the Research and Development Team.

it is good software to use and here we can easily manage the tasks and also we can add different statuses for the progress of the task and also we can integrate with other apps easily

What do you like best about the product?
Jira has capability to manage the projects very easily. it has lot of features which helps the employees and the manager to manage the application very easily.
It has features like , sprint burn down chart, dashboard , you can create own filters and make the query for your own customize dashboard for your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira has features which helps to meet the user requirements very easily and i have been using for a very long time and i dont think of any disadvantages using jira till now .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In jira you can create the bugs and define their severity and priority according to the user needs. you can create milestones, sprint , subtasks, stories according to user needs and it helps you to customize the jira dasboard according to your needs. you can see the isses which has been reported by the user itself and the issues which are opened till now in the current milestone and sprint.
You can see the users which are logging their time in the particular tickets and track them down with thier originl estimate which help you to track the activities easily and you can download the report for the bugs that has been created till now, stories and subtasks.
