One of the most useful agile methodology based software available in the marketplace

What do you like best about the product?
The backlog feature of this software is the most useful feature according to me. As it provides a centralized place where all the tasks which are also called user stories are listed, added easily and can be prioritised easily. This feature helps teams to plan their work easily and helps in time management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have worked with Git in the pipeline with this software several times and my experience is not good every time. First of all it was complex and time consuming Integrate Git with the software. Also many a times teams have faced challenges while cutting Git branch from Jira, tracking and managing code changes with Jira are not user friendly due to version control platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I am a part of product management team I have used this software many times with the developing team. Our organisation follows agile methodology which Jira is making easier for us to follow. It has also established easy contact between different software like Confluence, SonarQube, Git etc.

What do you like best about the product?
A good tool to manage teamwork at a single location. Also, helps to keep track of all the tasks and manage them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. All the basic things required are avialable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it easier to define the stories and associate the tasks with the individual stories.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to open a ticket for any incident related to work. Really helpful to manage my incidencies. It helps with my day to day basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The enourmous amount of features that offers makes it a little bit difficult to use in the first place
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any incident that I have with any other program used at my workplace is reported in Jira and managed from the specialized team from there. Technical issues, bugs and network problems are reported in Jira

Great tool for staying on track

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Jira is the ease of coordinating between large spaces. I find myself use it mostly for making sure that work (Tickets) that require coordination between teams are on track. This tools is great for keeping people in the loop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that tagging external sources or uploading pictures to Jira is no so comftable. It is a bit hard to use Jira for tracking a job that was *finished*. I prefer to use other tools for that need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a software developer, I use Jira to track my work. This include both feature development managment (we open a ticket for every step and task along the way under a big "EPIC"), and also for bug tracking (we can easaliy define a deadline for each bug, and we are reminded of those who we are about to pass their deadline).

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is easy to use and helps us share updates with our team instantly. Additionally, it serves as our primary tool for submitting technical issues to our IT department, ensuring prompt assistance and thorough documentation. We use it every day, and it's essential for keeping things running smoothly in our organization.

I don't see anything to dislike about this tool at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
Using jiira project management can be done easily. Tasks can assigned and tracked easily across the team.And reports view is better for monitoring the sprint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since jiira doesn't support large size file as attachment.We need to split the file and have to upload.This is taking a add on work.The attachment size can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using jiira for Project management,bug tracking and taking reports.

Jira atlassian cloud move UI looks feel very good and feel very user friendly after the migration from on-prem to cloud based atlassian platform

Selecting epic/move from one project to other some times lagging the UI

Day to day tickets generated to each specific team allocate and tracking charts in jira

What do you like best about the product?
Its really customizable, with exceptional support for agile methodologies, outstanding integration with multiple complimentary applications, reliable progress analysis and reporting. A dream for developers everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really rate it but i feel its advanced functions cam be less costly. I also feel its user support can improve. But i still trust it above others.

It is a an application that helps us plan, track and manage agile software development. Lets us analyze and report progress of projects as well.
