Jira: An Agile Software Development Project Manager You Can Trust
What do you like best about the product?
Its really customizable, with exceptional support for agile methodologies, outstanding integration with multiple complimentary applications, reliable progress analysis and reporting. A dream for developers everywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really rate it but i feel its advanced functions cam be less costly. I also feel its user support can improve. But i still trust it above others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a an application that helps us plan, track and manage agile software development. Lets us analyze and report progress of projects as well.

Jira is a very powerfull tool for the project management. It allow user to access all the detail about his project at one place. It also solve all our daily need for the project documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime due to heavy traffic, it may get hanged but very quick to respond.

With the help of Jira tool we can track all our bugs related to project and also we can see who is changing the status of the bugs and how things are rolling out for that task or bug.

Best to track releases, sprits, phases, tasks and a lot. The visibility it gives is unmatchable and easy at the same time.

Some functionalities like Limited file size upload and confusing user inteface.

Easy accessibility , Filtering , automations , Admin portal , security , integrations across various applications , simple and compact UI for easy loading , customizable , easy to implement , good customer support and response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although most of the things are good with Jira , when it comes to outage , it sucks and when using with EasyBI , it lags a lot.
