Best PM tool
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Jira is the cross team collaboration and ability to connect with my team that is overseas. It intgrates well with our other tools. Having to use it everyday is easy and convient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't a lot of things I dislike about Jira. Sometimes I cannot unsubscribe from emails for other teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration between teams in different time zones and trakc projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration ability it provides is next level. Also the project management is very handy with jira, things like task tracking etc
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't seemingly integrate with notifiers also doesn't give the option to add triggers with scheduled workflows

The ability to manage tasks, teams and sprints helps overall to achieve good performance

Jira has helped me organize requests and ensure that I get to them all on a timely manner.

Great Tool to Create Tickets For
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can write up tickets for techanical issues when escalating to higher technicall support engineers in the company

Nothings really. I cannot think of any issues about Jira
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It sends me emails on tickets that the Technical Support Engineer does and it updates me on the progress of it.

The UI is good, it's very easy to check on the user stories and bugs. We use it frequently.

What do you like best about the product?
The greatest advantage in Jira is how it can create relation between multiple teams and escalate execution to strategic level like no other tool can do. Task trackers usually reinforce the silos in organisation, the teams are black boxes. While when Jira is well configured it becomes a silo breaker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can get too convoluted when ill configured, some wording (like workspaces = project) can be misguiding to beginners and sometimes the user experience can guide users to implement risky configuration for the long run (like team-managed projects).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira can create relation between multiple teams and escalate execution to strategic level like no other tool can do. Multiple teams using parent linking out of their own silos and issue linking can create work maps that no other tool can do. Task trackers usually reinforce the silos in organisation, because their configuration is self contained inside the workspaces, like black boxes. If an external team needs to have any relation to a team, that's impossible in other tools. So, Jira can open all workspaces making just the right content available, like white boxes, when well configured it becomes a silo breaker.
