The Best Project Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Its very hard to imagine a world without a tool like Jira. It's the best project manager one can think of. From creating complex workflows to tracking time, assigning dates and points to your work, bug tracking and keeping track of every single detail of your project, everything is possible in JIRA. Plus it's so beginner-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only negative feedback of Jira is that sometimes it takes a while to reflect certain details of your work, apart from that everything is awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in a software company, our every activity is tracked down by JIRA only, every single detail of our work is been tracked in Jira , be it time track, bug track, managing product etc.Suppose a task is given to me, I allocate the points of that task, fill the due date bug caused and other details in my day to day work
Review on JIRA tool
What do you like best about the product?
We use Jira tool to manage our sprint board as we work on Agile. We do use JIRA integrated with Test Rail to have the test cases linked to the particular jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback we are facing is the workflow process. We would like to have admin access to setup the workflow as per our requirement. For example, when we create a jira, the default status is getting created in backlog but we would like to have that created in New status so it will show up on our kanban board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major implementation we did was integrating jira with our testing tool (test rail) and also with slack. By doing this we are getting notified when the new jira stories are created and we are getting notified in our slack channels. This is a great achievement so that the team is working collaboratively and getting notifications directly from slack on the updates.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are as no such downside, but when we create projects in JIRA, it creates a lot of confusion when we again try to find it.
Lots of features are beneficial but it creates lots of confusion as well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From logging the issue to resolving the issue, each and everything is trackable on JIRA ticket and we are using this for the same purpose. We can track SLAs of the ticket, to the SLAs of the individuals who are working on the ticket.

It is helpful to organize for Project related tasks

Nothing so far. I found it very useful and using it for a long time.

Easiest Product and Task Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Task Management is too easy and create multiple workspace

Some Time While i'm using this for task management it's filter feature is not working properly so i have to refresh page and reapply that filter

It allows everyone to see what tasks need to be done, who's working on what, and when things are due. This makes it easier to manage projects, track progress, and quickly spot any issues that might come up. Plus, it's flexible, so you can customize it to fit the way your team works.

It can be a bit complicated and overwhelming, which might slow things down initially. As projects grow, Jira can also become slower, affecting productivity. Customizing Jira to fit your team's needs can be tricky and sometimes requires technical skills, making it less accessible for everyone.

I have extensive experience with this tool in teamwork; it facilitates the creation of user stories, sprint planning, progress tracking and efficient management of backlogs.

Although customization is one of Jira's main advantages, it can also generate additional costs and increase complexity, especially when workflows, issue types and other elements are modified.
