Unmatchable Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
It has so many filters and so much control. You can create tasks, raise bugs, interrelate bugs, blocks other task by using blocked by.
You can define project related bugs as well.
So much control and options to set your flow for task or bug completion.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes their advance filter system is bit tricky to use, it is more like coding to use advance search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have different products, soevedy new product feature come through jira board.
Jira creates one epic dashboard and small atomic tickets for different users which can work simaltaneously.
Same with bug management, it helps to add or attach other bugs which is introduced through certain bugs. It also has a feature to automatically attach Bitbucket PRs with ticket.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating tickets as per requirement and you can make different panel in which you can add tickets same category.
Time management of ticket is very useful to track the overall duration

Some times when using filter , while putting ticket I'd ... It UI stuck It doesn't open the ticket when typed fast.

A perfect tool for Business Analyst
What do you like best about the product?
This application enables a Business Analyst to track multiple projects and keep an agile development on track. For project tracking it helps me create user stories and communicate the requirements to the developement team.
The developer can add the comments and project progress can be tracked through sprint plannings.

There is nothing to dislike as it's the best suited tool for IT project tracking. It only consumes too much time.

Best project tracking tool for IT companies and the bug features helps to filter and fix the old bugs.

JIRA is helping not just engineering teams but also IT and infosec teams as well. We are tracking all of our daily operations on the JIRA

While JIRA offers a high level of customization, some users may find that certain features or workflows are not as flexible or customizable as they would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA is primarily designed to solve project management and issue tracking problems in software development and other industries. Like centralized project management, Issue tracking and resolution, customizable workflows and collobration.

What do you like best about the product?
Kanban board layout is great for at a glance seeing the status of various tickets. Keeing everything about a ticket isolated to it's own item is great for organisation rather than multiple email trails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations with third party tools are often flaky and don't work as intended (e.g. Google Sheets is pretty broken). Lack of simple reporting for tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing website tickets with our developer. We are saving a lot of time by using Jira Tickets for individual issues rather than emails.

It is one of the most user-friendly software available out there, with features like flexibility and integration of the third party apps. Also it can be used for cross functional departments and teams based on your requirements.

If you have a large data-set, the loading time, system crashes and performance related issues become a frquent affair.

It helps manage tasks and reporting easy through it's variety of features, it also increases the efficiency of communication between teams.
