Well rounded project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Card-based segregation of tasks/stories provides a holistic view of the overall user story and the expectations.
Effectively summarises the bandwidth required for project completion by distributing the project into multiple sprints.
We use Jira daily to keep track of our progress both as a team and as individuals.
It is very straightforward in its use and has an easy-to-implement user interface.
Provides a wide range of tools to manage a project's scope, requirements, dependencies and resources.
Goes hand in glove with Confluence and third-party software like Microsoft Teams and Slack.
Has a robust customer support experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is an occasional performance lag while dealing with projects having a large number of sprints/tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira predominantly for issue tracking, agile project management and team collaboration. It is hands down the best software for managing agile projects, their scope and lifecycle, it allows all team members to collaborate and be in sync with the changes regarding tasks and project resources. The integration with Confluence is seamless, it automatically links related Confluence documents to the respective Jira tasks.
A great add on to jira software solutions is jira core.
What do you like best about the product?
Automates your business processes. Great way to increase team productivity. Easy to implement and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish this was an complimentary add on to our existing jira software package. But ofcourse, it's a premium add on.

Business process automation. It helps me track all my org projects and tasks in one location.

What do you like best about the product?
You can efficiently manage tasks using Jira. It is also possible to distribute roles among team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not exactly a disadvantage, but for beginners using Jira for the first time, it might be somewhat unfamiliar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can improve the team's work efficiency, including solving task distribution issues.
Most Comprehensive and one stop solution for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I liked Jira because it can integrate with various apps like GitHub, Slack, Teams, etc. It becomes a single go-to software through which we can manage multiple workstreams. We can track user stories, related tasks, and subtasks under planned roadmaps and timelines. Custom Workflows and Automation as a plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. But probably some improvement (addition of more options) can be made in the area of triggers/actions for automation.

Software Development, Project Management, Software Release Version control, Bug Tracking.
Best product management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The magnitude of customization provided by JIRA for product and project management is excellent. This helps in building jira projects specific to your product or business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve (not steep) to get accustomed to basic functionalities of jira and also the additional powerful features. So I believe that the onboarding experience and help section could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product or project management requires a steady streamlined flow to track the sprints and overall work items, which jira is doing very nicely.

What do you like best about the product?
The jira is one software which can be used for bug tracking and we can say best in the market it allows customization of the software can be modified according to our organizational bug defect life cycle flows very easy to implement jira team itself helps in modification and it can be used in daily basis

The dislikes about jira is it allows very low space for file upload and the reports are not reusable and little confusing user friendly

Jira is woring on integration which ease the work of an organisation and customisable options which helps users to meet thier organisation requirements
Easy to use but can get complex

I like how customizable it is, automation are amazing. You can build so many things out of it.

How much time it takes to set it up. Also no mac app.

Provides lots of integration tools and softwares in Atlassian marketplace so have a great flexibilty with other softwares like Github,Gitlab,Salesforce,Zendesk,BackupLabs, etc.
It can be easily integrated and lots of plugins can be used to accelerate the software development lifecycle.
Easily helps in Implementing agile methods of development like assistance in estimating userstories points,uploading and linking active bugs and blockers,epics,Task,subtasks,etc.

There are lot of benefits of using Jira with few drawbacks like:
1. The web version is little slow and sometimes hangs during heavy load task.
2. The lifecycle of stories needed to be managed properly in every sprint else task will overlap and throw errors on next sprints.

Jira has helped us a lot in active lifecycle management of our logistics application by providing smooth ways to track our tickets and open issues and seamless connection with other tickets and plugins for easy analysis of blockers in the development of products.
Keeps your inbox less busy
What do you like best about the product?
Jira ticketitng system is beyond brilliant. The time tracking for SLA's, ticket status options and ability to write internal notes or reply to the customer are all very helpful tools. It keeps basic employee queries from cloggin up your inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything that stands out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is helping us with tracking employee queries and requests and our timeframe for responding & resolving these instead of having them come into our inboxes where email threads are harder to track and manage.
