My first Project Management tool I learnt
What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy to understand as a first timer and I learnt it quickly and used it to manage my team effeciently nad effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything is very easy and provide everything to track the progress of the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me track project tasks in a better way. Assign the task to write indiviual.
Jira can be implemented everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I can see the tracking of each task or ticket for each user registered in the system, the tracking and notifications of each change are very efficient, as you receive emails notifying you. Its installation is the easiest to do, I haven't used customer support, but a colleague has, because the project manager, the frequency of use is daily, 365 days a year for 10 hours a day, Jira has saved our lives several times. We also love that they have many tools that can be integrated and make life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price and that every time I want to add a new user, I have to notify about this new one.

There is no problem

Unfortunately, I find it really difficult to come up with positive things about Jira.
I guess I'd say the benefits of the vast knowledge around the internet when encountering any issue, as well as a lot of (mediocre) features.

What do you dislike about the product?
To much!
1. The slowest feedback ever in a management product!
2. Bad search box (even when trying to write a query in SQL format) most of the time could not found what I looked for.
3. Moving tickets as a batch is not supported (WHY?!) so tedious to move each ticket at the time.
4. The UI looks so old and outdated.
5. Integration with other products is not easy.

We use it as the main Kanban board in my team, creating epics, tasks and bugs.
We have a weekly retro and grooming in which we scan the Jira board and make modifications.

I like Jira because it is a very complete solution, makes project management easy

It can be a bit confusing, and you need to learn JQL, but I like it.

What do you like best about the product?
Every thing How to manage the Tasks and the Time for each Task and each Person, the Ease of use is very relevant factor

Nothing but sometimes i cann't see all the Stories in one screen and i have to search for every single one alone

it helps me to manage the Tasks and its chronolgy and to manage the time from Revision to dailies and Reto....and fokus in one thing and never get confused.
Collaborative space for our team work
What do you like best about the product?
Jira provides tons of functionalities for me and my team to collaborate and work together, letting us keep a track of our progress, monitor and update activities and more. Its easy to use and can be integrated with almost any software via its Atlassian store.

Currently there is nothing we dislike about Jira

We have used Jira to onboard our startup at LaunchX, wherein we are building a company that focuses on data enrichment and qualifications. Jira has been the platform we have utilized to montior and manage our digital workflows, and it has been great to use as of now. The progress of our product managers and the respective individual is fascinating.
