Jira - Usability and Easiness
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very user friendly, its gaves us smooth experience to create tickets on jira, assign the tickets to the assignee and can add comments on tickets and also we can gave reactions that is most wonderfull thing in jira. The most loveable thing about jira is that we can add description about that tickets ie what we need to do in that ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most disappointed about jira is when we upload or add a video in jira comments section, its takes too much time sometimes and most of the time its taking too much time to playing the video

Its a great software, i don't find any thing about disliking jira

Jira saves a lot of time for my team, creating accountability to employees. Jira offers creating multiple projects and allows super easy management!

Best Ticketing system for any kind of organisation.
What do you like best about the product?
This is the most easiest tool to use by any level of exective in a company and most simplified in order to get a query resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, all good.

Excellent ticket management!
What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Jira! The way you can fully customize the workspace to your needs, the way you can set and track your goals, the way you can easily implement changes across your projects, the way you can seamlessly integrate it with nearly every second app out there - everything works great, and the speed of the system overall is fantastic! It's one of the most fast platforms that I use on daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may honestly be my first review where there is nothing I can point out that I don't like - Jira is awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me specifically, Jira solved a bunch of problems - I work in some level of technical support, and use Jira every day. Our team uses it mainly for bug reporting and tracking, as well as for implementing new and enhancing existing features. The collaboration opportunities are great with engineers and product managers. Jira also provides one of the best audit trails that I know of to clearly highlight all changes made by users, automations and the system, which leaves no room to wonder why something specific happened.

pricing of jira,it is bit complex -- UX can be more user friendly. No doubt easy to use but still.

New users can find it difficult to use since there are a lot of features in JIRA. Also, at times we feel that the interfaces can be more user friendly which can reduce the task time.

I have mentioned above it offers great flexibility, is easy to use, and enjoys an active community backup.

While Jira is a powerful tool, it is complex and expensive with a steep learning curve. It can be excessive and sophisticated for small projects, although it has a lot of functionality due to a vast amount of tools. Some things may not be seamlessly adopted in some current work processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Based on my usage about the platform, this is a very systematic platform to use for support. There's a workflow which will not be closed until ticket is resolved. It can be integrated on communication platform for follow ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
As processes take time, this is a very usual scenario about reaching out for help using the platform. The good thing is you can integrate communication platform for followups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my case, it resolves our IT concerns in a very systematic way. It benefits in a sense where requests can't be taken for granted.
A better way to mange Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Jira can use anyone who needs to manage the team remotely and with less effort. and it has many integrations and many types of automation. This tool can also be used for better collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is not available offline, and it takes some time to understand the workflow with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the startup company, initially they didn't implement any team management or project management tools. Most of them usually use a sheet or something like that, but the problem is that for employees, it is really hard to update data, and for managers, it is really hard to update and manage the team and project. However, Jira solves both problems. For employees, it's really easy to update their project status on Jira, and they will get notified of every action in their project. For managers, they'll get an update for every single action in their projects, and it's easy to configure and control.
Very good ticket and roadmaping solution

The wait it help us to keep us informed about ticket status.

The graphic aspect can be easily improved.

Jira solves the good comunication with clients who open tickets informing them, about status, changes and data prevision.
