A must have to manage tasks and requests
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease with which it allows me to see and manage each task assigned to me or my team, and the requests of different natures that others generally have. It allows me to transition each task easily, so I can update the requester on every step of fulfilling their request, all without having to jump from one program to another, or having to call them every second to update them on progress. Even my teammates who do not deal with technology of this type in their daily lives can easily understand how to use Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it hasn't failed me in any aspect, so I maintain its score at 10/10.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me better manage requests addressed to me directly, allowing me to fulfill them within the estimated time frame, as well as helping me manage the tasks assigned to my team efficiently. It also helps us in the purchasing department, since through the portal we can see each request and work on them according to the priority of each one.
Agile tool
What do you like best about the product?
One of the handy tool that I have used so far it comes up with mutliple things like for ticketing, scrum, sprit maangement and also for documentation. Product is a great piece for implementing multiple things and can be adapted eaisly. As a admin, I also like their support as they come up with some great solutions and also have community where you can usually find great solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are little on the pricier end and I believe it is a great tool for medium size or large organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us in multiple ways to track the progress of tickets also in terms of change management. Various teams are also using it for project management that help in keeping a track of various project as well as task.

Ease of use, implementation, good features available, can edit and provide features according to business needs

In tracking Issues and workflow management. With the help of Jira, Its very easy to track and assign tasks to team members without biasing them.

Seamless integration, maximum productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely enjoy working with Jira because of how structured it makes my day to day work, it is very critical in the team for workflow management, stakeholder expectation setting, and being on top of quarterly projects. Really easy interface, great design, amazing customer support too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such for now. WIll update this thread if I find anything.

The tool has been important for us to track bugs across cross team projects and to generate efficient steps for delvering a big project.
Best Product Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to Use, Great Product, saves much time for tracking progress, Easy operations not complex at all to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for new users to understand, The UI may be bit laggy due to server crashes sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am handling a team of 20 people and Jira helps me track and updates me about the progress each person has made, It also helps me prioritize the tasks for everyone in my team and It's super easy to use and its very customizable.

The project management aspect of jira software is commendable as well as its user friendly as well.

Earlier my organisation was dependent on google sheets and other softwares, which eventually causes accountability issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Jira to create inter-department queries and tasks. It was useful to make the process structured and keep track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The assigned party could mark the task completed even if it was not.

Instead of writing emails for queries, Jira was implemented. Especially for IT and helpdesk related queries used to be carried out by Jira. It helped to make the process structure and helped to keep track.
Project Management made easy
What do you like best about the product?
The power in short.
JIRA is absolutely the most powerful tool amoung all PM tools I have used. The Sprint planning is absolutely amazing. The release management is really great. You can easily integrate third party use. its super easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are few irritating bugs which should be fixed, alot of times tickets automatically vanishes from the board and reappears again.
Also the loading time is a bit slow. I think that should be fixed.

Project management, release management, bug tracking. We use JIRA for a lot of purposes but mainly project management.
