What do you like best about the product?
Jira is most powerfull tool for project or product management. With this tool you can easily finalised your project. And it is allows teams to create and track issues, assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor performance through various workflows. And it is allows to real time updates, notifications, comments for any task or bugs. And it is also helpful for tracking the numkber of tasks, new features, bugs and issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI interface difficult for new users and setting up projects and workflows may require a steep learning curve.Some users have reported performance issues, such as slow loading times and difficult interfaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The project management feature that allow to understand your team capacity and make informed decisions about work allocation. And you can track individual team members’ workloads and estimate how long tasks will take to complete.

What do you like best about the product?
All the tasks can be easily monitored across the team. We can also monitor the tasks which have missed the deadline and create charts out of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should improve in-terms of User-friendliness UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can plan the tasks ahead of time and can achieve goals. Can track bugs easily and can help team understand the issue behind it.

JIRA as work management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Availability of several plugins to enhance the JIRA software. It's compatible to several charting tools like data plane, integrates with octane and qtest for test management. Team collaboration and watch item feature is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA queries are very limited and poor in performance. Out of the box JIRA doesn't have many features. It's more focused on team collaboration than required features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With JIRA our teams are able to collaborate across different roles like Business analysts, product owner, developers, testers, release manager and others.

The watch feature allows us to be notified of any updates and proactively attend to changes.

The filters and dashboard also provide a view into data and are easy to create and maintain.

cloudbees Jira integration

What do you like best about the product?
Jira provides managing tickets centrally using Kanbsn or scrum board . Ease of extend it's functionalities using plugins. For example, using axalate plugin to sync ticket data between two Jira instances.
What do you dislike about the product?
Different types Custom fields interdependence cannot be achieved using existing Jira features. Need to look for plugin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We integrated Jira with cloudbees. Meaning our cloudbees release pipeline procedure used to create a Jira ticket and flip(transition) it's status based on the stages completed in cloudbees pipeline during entry /exit gate approvals. Ease of integration using api token and Jira api documentation . We were also able to pass most Jira fields/values via smart values in Jira automation to cloudbees via payload. The beauty of Jira automation is we can test what the payload data contents are without having to trigger cloudbees procedures. Just a quick testing mechanism inbuilt in Jira automation rules audit log/edit web page would show pyskosd contents that will be sent yo Cloudbees which was quite awesome. Jira automation had smart values to derive/convert Jira array list into desired jdpn format for cloudbees to read. One challenge we faced here was that the payload must be specific json for in Jira while sending to cloudbees due to the design of apis for reading the payloads content.

Best Defect management Tool for application development

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the best defect management tool for software development . we can easily log bugs, change request, issues in it. it has nice integration with service now and dev ops pull request. you can moniter application bug life cycle in it. JIRA has good dashbaord which can be used for application tracking. we can define roles for different users and it is very easy to use. it cover all chnage history of any item and you can easily run your sprint of application development. JIRA has nice UI and has many features for time rocordings of work items. You can easily integrate JIRA with another tools and take benifit of it. Now a day JIRA is most widely used toool for application support management and development managagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA has al good features in it. JIRA should includes more AI connectors for more third party tool conenction. I am happy to use JIRA for my application development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA helped us to track application bugs and define SLA and priorities of it. It gives clear picture of application development. Using JIRA DEV and QA person can easily check work item progress status.

The best way to manage the project

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. Additionally there is a great bridge of communication between developers and the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be faster sometime. But it could be issue of the infrastructure, not Jira itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira gives a full controll of managing the project, from very beginnig, advanced development, support and bug fixing.
