Jira core review
What do you like best about the product?
Jira core is very helpful in project management specially in ticketing system. It gives us ease to manage and track the overall progress of our business and projects. I'm a user/admin of this ticketing system for almost 5 years now. Aside from being so usefull one of its best upside is that it has a very user friendly UI/UX and a modern easthetics as well. Customer support of jira core is very reliable, fast and professional. Integration of jira in our system is very easy since its already compatible with other development tools. We are frequenty utilizing that can be easily integrated with the jira system.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I have experience there are close to none that I dislike from usin Jira core.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple project development and ticketing system that breaks down development of items to its small piece then track it up until its done. Another problem it solves is the reporting its very helpful to us generating the overall report so that we can easily report it to the stakeholders.

The Jira integration enables linking, tracking, and synchronizing of information between Zendesk tickets and Atlassian Jira issues.

Great project Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The tool allows you to track any type of projects your teams are working on as it can be customized to meet the specific needs of the team and the workflow.
Once the tool is set up it is intuitive to use and from the management point of view it is very useful to understand the workload each memeber of your team have.
It can be integrated with other platforms and integrations work well ( i use mostly sfcc and slack)

The lack of customized reports is something i would like to see improved in the future

it allows you to keep track of what the rest of the team is working on while managing projects

JIRA has made it easier to track bug throughout the whole SDLC.

Limited file size to upload, integration with other systems are complicated

What do you like best about the product?
As a developer, Jira feels like a playground for productivity. It's like having a digital co-pilot, anticipating our needs and keeping us laser-focused on delivering value. It helps us to keep track of our daily deliverables.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Jira is highly customizable, overly complex customizations can make it difficult for everyone to understand and use the system effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smooth handling bugs and new feature implementations, and tracking the project's progress.
Jira is the best product in organizing your tasks progress and projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using jira in my current company to keep the product managers updated about my progress and tasks on each ticket that I'm working one. It is the best tool to monitor and update on your task which provides multiple features. It is very easy and effective to implement when we are working on agile methodologies. Myself and my team use this daily on our scrum call and update the tickets accordingly. We have also integrated this with our slack channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I came across as a disadvantage so far to dislike about the jira. It is helpful for any organizationa and teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While working on a bigger projects, there are mutliple teams and team members works on different task. So the project management and the reporting becaomes difficult without the product like Jira. There is a complete transperancy on the work done on each task, updating the progress in the tickets, adding the comments, and putting the due dates on the tickets helps the team to well organize and run the projects smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is my favourite tool for managing projects, it is flexible and we can easily customize things. We can easily create workflows and searching is much simpler and faster. It can be easily integrated with other tools as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is bit overwhelming for the simpler projects because of its extensive features. Initial configuration and setup might take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira organizes and managing the projects efficiently. It helps to avoid confusion and ensures that the deadlines are met.

Jira is easy to use. we use it daily for our project management.
Jira provides us labels like p1,p2 and p3 based on the priority of the task we pick them to the sprint.
Other cool feature is we can link our bitbucket account so that when our code is merged. It will be updated in jira as well.
If the issue is bigger, we have the option to create child issues, which can simplify development for the developer.

I dont have any dislikes for the Jira Software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can easily manage the project and track the progress of the issues.If we find any bugs we can easily create new issues and add them to the backlog.

R&D projects are way too complecated, customer support is way to based on their FAQ/forums
