Jira interface is useful, but a bit confusing
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is useful for streamlining tasks and proccesses. It is convenient to have all of these tasks in one place and to keep organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Jira is not very user friendly. I believe the interface is sometimes difficult to use and navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task administration and management.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best software which can manage the work and updates on the task/tickets. It' is very use friendly and easy to understand by its UI. We can tag the people so that they notify as well as assign. Workflow we can design, status can be updates and much more manage by using this tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Only I can say it having poor overall support for customer and organisation management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On daily basis we are using Jira software. On the basis of status and comments provided we can get to know what would be the next step.

What do you dislike about the product?
Things JIRA can improve upon:
1. No option to create tasks without the premium plan. If ability to create 'x' tasks was provided in the free plan, it would have been good.
2. The learning curve of setting up the project is a bit steep.

1. Track man hours and effort put in tasks.

It is easy to sue in day to day life , We can creates bugs , task , stories and sub-tasks.

Unable to the changeproject after craeting the ticket in wrong project , if that fetaure will be available in the future then that will be a nice thing

What do you like best about the product?
The quality of reporting on Jira is a standout part of my overall experience with this tool , as far as project management goes. Jira provides real time insights, that enables my team to stay on track with our sprint goals and monitor projected release dates for our product versions, ensuring that we are able to quickly identify situations where work falls behind projected schedule lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asides from its standard Scrum and Kanban board features, Jira is limited in terms of collaboration , out of the Box. While it allows integration with third party collaboration tools like Slack or with fellow Atlassian products like Confluence, Jira's limited in-built collaboration toolset results in a fragmented user experience for my team because we have always had to use it with an integrated third party tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira takes care of most part of my teams software project management needs. Our deployment of Jira has enabled us to better align all project goals, build better software products and provide real time visibility into the software development process , leading to faster project completion.

It is a very good project management tool with a lot's of features like templates and automation to help us create a project in no-time quickly. I love to use Jira in almost every organization I have worked.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, because of a lot of features, it becomes difficult to utilize it fully. But that's something I guess from our side and not from their side. Maybe if they can give more easy tutorials on how to get more value by using some of the new features we can try those as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to track the progress about my ongoing projects and I can know before time if there is some roadblock and could mitigate any risks.

Complexity with configuring SSO for our multiple domains.
We had several Jira tenancies and were unable to connect them to SSO as it would prevent the other.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transitioning from ServiceNow to Jira for IT Service Management (ITSM) has been a notable improvement for us. We are finding Jira much more user-friendly, with its intuitive navigation, robust knowledge base capabilities, and the added benefit of a Kanban board for efficient tracking. This transition has made managing IT services smoother and more streamlined.
