Solid project management software for SaaS industry
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is an effective project management tool and helps us collaborate with the design team and front-end team side by side. We can execute things on time and have precise deadlines for upcoming spring tasks. Also the platform is transparent and lets us know the where exactly delay happens across any project.
What do you dislike about the product?
First time the platform can be a pretty hectic to learn but nothing much other than that

What do you like best about the product?
Just we can create any project and add specific team member whose is capable to complete or assign for that task.

The cost of Jira may be too high for startups or small teams with tight budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because it maintains track of each job and allocated team member, remote work has become easier.
Jira for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
We can track eveything under one roof , and everday our stand up starts with JIRA borad,
and the immediate updates which gives in our slack because of our integration, Jira is great software from atlassian which gives us easy implementation and design for everyday projects. Even customer support is great when we need any changes or encounter.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Every aspect which we have worked with jira is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Jira basically tracks and gives the perfect analytics of the current project and sprints , which is very much impressive as we will get insights of our deadlines ,progress , all under one roof which makes jira a great software.

It is not a very user friendly tool to be honest

I am using it daily basis and I can say that it is one of the best tool to manage any type of project. You can simply assign ticket of bugs and quires and maintain all types of interface documention to identify working of project.

All things is good. it is very helpful tool.

The pricing might be a drawback for smaller organizations or startups.

It helps in managing and track projects efficiently by providing a centralized platform for planning, tracking progress, and collaborating on tasks.

Has too many obscure features lost in a multitude of menus
Every company seems to not use a standard and use it differently
Tries to do too much at time

I like how jira is the best platform for collaborative working and integrating workflows for better management.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very customizable to your needs. Even if you want to use it for Marketing purposes, works great! It used it everyday for about 4 years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I believe it has too many features and options. Without training it is difficult to set up.

Jira is a great way to create tasks when working with different departments.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest benefit is to use it as per the need. Sometimes it is being used for discussing product-related bugs and sometimes it is all about discussing the sprints to understand the solution launches

There is not much to say here because mainly the engineering team's internal coordination is happening here
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The testing roadmap is linked with Jira to understand the Development part and also the bug fixes updates and the discoveries so far are also updated here. The customer-facing teams are also using it get an update or to add an urgency
