Most easiest and handy tool for project managers
What do you like best about the product?
Easy accessibility , Filtering , automations , Admin portal , security , integrations across various applications , simple and compact UI for easy loading , customizable , easy to implement , good customer support and response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although most of the things are good with Jira , when it comes to outage , it sucks and when using with EasyBI , it lags a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
it is good software for managing the tasks and here we easily change the status of the tasks and also we can easily change parent of child task and also we can easily integrate with other apps

The best thing about Jira is that, it supports any agile methodology, be it scrum, kanban, or our unique flavor. From agile boards, backlogs, roadmaps, reports, to integrations and add-ons you can plan, track, and manage all your agile software development projects from a single tool.

Jira's plugin are bit costly to implement. Example:- QAlity

Looking for a better interface with not so many menu that can be overwhelming.

When it comes to project management, it is easier to track since it is linked to my google calendar. It sends out reminders.
Easy Software Project Management and Test Management
What do you like best about the product?
Manages all the Features and tasks in an easy and convenient. Zephyr add on is best for test management which allows quicker Test case creation through spreadsheet importing. Easy way to execute a test case and defect linking as well. Moreovwr, the Kanban board provides a quick way in the form of columns and cards to accomplish any task in a shorter duration of time
What do you dislike about the product?
As such no disadvantages are there and ia best among all Project Management tools. I have used VSO and VersionOne Agility but found JIRA best among all

I love the features of JIRA like bug tracking by marking it as resolved, incomplete, etc.
I also love the feature of assigning tasks to different group members related to that task.

I dislike its complexity as it is a bit complicated for beginners.

JIRA solves the business problem for remote workers by providing a platform for product management.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a project management tool where you can assign a task of a project to an employee. and you can track the project, you can generate a clockwork report by employee and you can judge an employee by their work done in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
as Jira is a very big software we face some bugs in it like when I end my task the Jira software can't count the worktime., some times their servers are down so we can't access our account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To track and manage the project with the old style is very inefficient where we assign a task verbally to employees and we can't track the progress of the project. but the world is now changing client want the time that the employee spent on the project so they decided on their money model.

complex for new user, sometimes performace issues and costly for small teams or startups.
