Manage Your complete tech development
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about jira is i can group the tasks by parent tasks and create a view for that and save it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of confusion when clicked on the task, will it open on the side panel or open in a modal or open a new window. Discomfort in user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping in solving two problems of our company. First is tech developmnet, it helps a lot in managing tasks and deployment. We can see the task and can directly the see the linked pull request. Manage deployment cycle and the dates. Secondly, it helps in tracking bugs with linked pull requests.
Best Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I highly value Jira's methodology and its Scrum board, as it offers excellent project management features, robust issue tracking capabilities, seamless collaboration tools, and comprehensive reporting functionalities and ease of Implemetation .
What do you dislike about the product?
Teams unfamiliar with its interface, there might be a learning curve involved in fully utilizing its capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is solving my project management needs, saving me time, and keeping tasks on track.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira provies very simple and clean interface. I have basically worked on a project with my team using agile. We managed whole project for 6 months on it. Best features of jira is multiple options of extensions available. For example Zypeher scale. We used it extensively to write multiple test cases. Also jira's ability to create different graphs such as velocity graph helped my manager to keep track of us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not at all beginners friendly. A tutorial is a must to understand otherwise it will be very difficult to start on own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing test case on zypher scale, managing product backlogs, managing sprint. It has a functionality to provide access to other members also who are not in team. This helped to add our product owner at end to kept track of us.
Basically in nut shell, product management was our purpose and it served it well.

Users can create tickets such as , bug , story etc and can see the burndown chat where they cann see how many tickets has been done within the time.
you can create your own query to search about the tickets in advance filters.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this jira since many years. as per i see i dont see any kind of disadvantage while using this and it also meeting the requirements of the specific user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this you can track the bug by "reported by me" and see the bugs which have been reported by you. In jira you can see the logged and assignee which helps in specifying the ticket.
User can loggged the hours in the particular ticket in which thay have been working and it helps to track them the total time taken by user to complete that particular ticket.
user can create their own workflows and in the dashboard section you can see each particular user progress and tickets which helps you to finish the milestone or sprint in that particular time.

it the best tool for task management and time tracking of task and here we can use it bug tracking also and esay to use and we can easily implemate tasks and here we can easily integrate third party softwares also

every feature is helpful and i think goals we are not using now it is less helpful for us

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of jira as that have the efficient tracking system

What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is having the limited file size upload we cant upload bulk files using jira
Its UI is terrific and confusing sometimes need to upgrade

Atlassian jira is trying to develop its UI and also trying to increase the limit for uploading files

'Jira is a Brilliant Technical Organiser '
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great technical manager. Really good at agile project management, issue tracking, software development workflows and release. iTs got extensive integration with complimentary development tools. Very efficient, a reliable organiser indeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some downsides with it is sometimes it loads slowly and is prone to system crashes. But its awesome on full throttle.

In the latest JIRA version, tickets are sometimes unassigned from a person automatically without user intervention

1. Ticket/bug creation whenever we encounter any issue in our project

using jira is very easy and we can create tasks very easily by clicking on add button and their dashboards are very good to use and integration also good and we can directly push the tasks from other softerware to jira is very easy
