Jira: The Powerful Issue Tracking and Project Management Tool for Teams of All Sizes
What do you like best about the product?
I had a very best experience with Jira, we have been using it for last 6 years in our organization, It's an excellent tool for tracking and organizing tasks. We can create different epics and breakdown tasks and assign to respective peoples. We can organize OKRs ahead and keep track of tasks progress. I use it almost every day to update the task status.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike about Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is helping me and my organization in keeping track of tasks and creating OKRs. It has made our life very easy, we are always notified about new tickets assigned to us, we can keep track of outcome of any tasks by adding the outcome as comment. We can organize sprints and see what works and what doesn't.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used jira and I liked the various features of it to manage the project with ease.
Implementing the customisation feature is easy which allows us to customise the workflows according to our needs.
Integrating jira tool with tools and services is also easy and seamless.
Jira offer robust robust support for agile methodologies and it's customer support is great.
I frequently use it's core feature of issues tracking as it makes issue tracking efficiently easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I faced lower performance while handling high volume issue and slow response. It's not that I don't like jira because of that It happens when we have complex setup of project. It depends on how you set it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helped me and my organization to streamline and organize workflows by providing customisation. Which helps me to track tasks from creation to completion.
Jira enhanced visibility into project progress through some of its features and project structures.
Jira helpd me by providing centralized platform where team members can communicate and work together which benefits us user to work seamlessly.
So I can surely suggest this amazing tool for project management.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and intuitive user interface that helps in quick task creation and tracking.
I have been using it for the last 5 years on a daily basis and it really helps me do my job very easily.
Even when you have CSV files to work with, you can easily migrate those over in Jira with CSV upload.
Since the UI is very intuitive, my team is easily able to use Jira.

There is not much to dislike about Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
It works well for project management. It is easy to create a story and keep track of the tickets.
Filters are pretty cool to look at the tickets based on priority and status.

Sometimes Jira responds very slowly and that should be improved

As a QA, this tool really helps me to look at the ticket status quickly, and that helps the overall team performance.

Project tracking, bug tracking and fixing. All reports can be attached to the single JIRA, this simplified.

Less oriented to core mechanical industry workflow

JIRA helps tracking of project status and all the independent activities in it. Each task or activity can be closed as per latest status.

Best team handling tool for software development
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about jira is its user friendly UI, it allow you to handle multiple project with multiple team .Also the best thing is you can track task in each stage like in to do, in progress, completed and in testing. I can connect my github ,slack etc account with jira in order to get auto update on those as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my true experience , i found that i can't assign signle task to multiple team member so if this feature will be added then i think it will be more helpful for developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is helping us to plan,assign and track task .Also it is solvng problem of bug fixing because conventionally we use sheet for creating bug list but jira is helping us in assigning developer to fix each bug.

I probably can talk for days about Jira. I just love this tool and how customisable it is. It is not perfect but until now it fulfills most of our requirements as a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love that it integrates with so many other tools and offers numerous add-ons. The customisation is the biggest plus for me, because we can do so many tweaks and each team can have projects that correspond to their needs. Also, the Atlassian community is worth to be mentored. It saved me so many times when I was stuck.

Jira is our main ticket tracking system. Paired with other tools and add-ons, it offers valuable insights for our engineers and managers.
