Great tool for Service Management and Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
very easy to use and implement
Can be used everyday for several aspects
can do project planning, release planning, service management using ticket
can integrate with bitbucket, tempo timesheet
can define permissions for users on projects
API available for automation
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to manage tickets
need integration for time tracking
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira for multiple reasons:

Service management: client create tickets we work on tickets, we log time in tickets, finance team use it for billing
Issue Tracking: Tickets are created for issues and they are linked to issues on Bitbucket
We also use it for monitoring, our monitoring tool create ticket via Jira's API thus alerting us
Release: We track features and bug fixing releases on JIRA
Moreover we plan tasks for users so that proper planning is done for teams
We have queues where team members can pick up tickets

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a software where a user can manage all the operations in one tool , it helps in the management , creating stories and bugs for the operations.

IN Jira you can create sprint for the employess and helps you in tracking of all the activities in it .
What do you dislike about the product?
If you see from a product management it gives you a better sense of operational activities in one tool which helps in meeting the requirements of the user , SO there is not dislike about any jira software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What Jira is doing is to manage the activities of operational use in one side of it . It has solves many of the problems of the user , you integrate the jira easily and helps you to track all the activities which has been happening and helps in making the report of it . You can user search filter and create a command which kind of report a user wnats to download.

Jira for sprint planning

What do you like best about the product?
We use Jira for sprint planning. Best about jira is for the first time we have to enter the required fields buy after that for next time it gives us auto suggestion need not type again. What are the user stories available in backlog is a click away, and who are all working in the current sprint is visible in active sprint dashboard. In the dashboard we just need to move the user stories to work in progress and complete and then accepted, all these are just drag and drop
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike, even if give some information wrong, we can just click on edit and rewrite the things, it's that simple. Everyday in the standup meeting we use the dashboard for the review of progress in the sprint
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira mainly for the product management, we created user stories and create sub task for that with the efforts. Everyday in the standup meeting, scrum master open the active sprint dashboard and check the efforts used by developers as well as testers. They're just a click away things in jira. Nothing complicated at all to use. It's very much user friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
Task backlog creation and sprint wise prioritisation

Time logging ability and we have integrated JIRA with company portal for employee time logging activities and resource planning according to that.

JIRA's sprint burndown and velocity charts provides me a vision on how well my project team is doing in terms of progress and I can very well measure sprint success and project delivery with the use of daily standups revolved around my JIRA board.

Issue tracking is made easy and bugs from our onsite team are effectively tracked and prioritized thanks to JIRAs project task tracking ability.

Kanban boards also give non-time sensitive project task tracking, because I manage distributed resources across several clients/projects which has shared resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile accessebility is a bit problematic when it comes to browser based usage. Best if that be handled to give good user experience seperate to the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking Tasks and Issues: Jira offers a centralized platform for managing and keeping track of work connected to projects, tasks, and issues. This makes sure that nothing is missed by streamlining the process of finding, allocating, and prioritizing jobs. As a result, there is less chance of mistakes and project deadlines are maintained. I may modify Jira's workflows to fit the unique requirements and procedures of my IT projects. Because of my flexibility, I can design and oversee projects utilizing techniques like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, which will best suit the particular needs of each project. It gives me the ability to configure workflows that are appropriate for my tasks, which boosts productivity and effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
Obviously the best thing about Jira is it's simplicity to track complex issues until the issue is fixed. Also, the integrations in Jira is a key thing. We can integrate N number of softwares and projects in Jira and can track them completely till the closure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is a bit of orthodox tool, they could add few more enriching features to the UI so that it can be simply understood by newbies. Also their implementation manuals has some errors, which has been taken care of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is helping us to streamline the process of tracking the issue effectively till the resolution. It's very effective in assignment of issues to employees and track them centrally. Centralized issue tracking is very helpful for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Jira very dynamic and easy to use. The board and task visualization is very clear. The integration with other programs is also good to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more options focused on documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira greatly facilitates the daily work of acting as a quality analyst. It can be used for bug tracking and task distribution.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a very good tool to manage and track work for the team, contains a lot of features that are helpful for any business
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting tool is completely primitive, we're not able to export an .csv file without listing all the custom fields within the environment, which turns out to become a useless spreadsheet at the end of the day.

Dashboard widgets are also ridiculous limited, the only way you can build a good dashboard is if the organization have paid add-ons
