Top level project management.

What do you like best about the product?
I love this application because it is easier to manage projects, I can track the development of projects, generate reports and be in constant communication with the work team, it contains Kanban or Scrum type boards that are very comfortable to use, tracking The project is optimal, it is very easy to visualize the current status of the task, you can also share and assign tasks with colleagues, it has functions such as deadline, I can generate reports easily and quickly, I like that I can perform simple daily tasks or create a long-term project, it works well integrating with other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found no details or annoyances, I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with the team, collaborative work improved significantly with JIRA, tasks are easy to assign and for everyone to fulfill their assignment, I like that I can also share files, the boards are easy to edit, the management and creation of tickets is very practical, it is also very customizable software, I loved the integration with Slack, it has very good add-ons, plus the installation is simple, and the learning curve is relatively fast.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can create customizable workflows depending on the team for a particular project that map to any style of work, there are so many app integrations from messengers like Slack to CRM's like Salesforce, the setup is extremely fast and customizations are simple to make, there are multiple boards and views available to suit any team, there is very robust reporting capability no matter what the KPI's are for a project team, and the freemium version is incredibly generous in terms of users allowed and feature set.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be more intuitive when it comes to administration of the platform, there seem to be a lot of different ways to do simple things which makes it tough to get acclimated to where settings are actually found, filtering active boards could be simplified, and backlogging leaves a bit to be desired if you use it often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of how to get everyone on a software delivery team on the same page quickly, without driving them into a platform that's over-engineered or hard to understand. The amount of user training that Atlassian has put together for JIRA is amazingly beneficial for small companies wanting to implement their platform because it makes onboarding clean and thorough even if/when there isn't much time or aren't dedicated resources on our side to spend training and pulling everything together.

Effective way of managing projects and tracking work.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Jira for some time, and the most fantastic is its rich set of features for projects management. The mobile app and website versions are very handy, keeping me on task wherever I am. The data organization in Jira is pretty good, it’s perfect for us Agile product people. And their call support is not bad, always there when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving on to the negative sides, I am not particularly fond of the configuration part, and it might be quite challenging for my team. Additionally, the UI has a bit of an improvement needed for it is not as consistent, and there are instances that it is slowed down, a frustrating moment indeed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has relied on Jira that has solved the tasks organization and collaboration. It has assisted us in enhancing the overall process of project management, keeping us focused and enabling us to deliver goods on time.

Helps me organize all my issues , and track the issues using comments, CI/CD integration and Salesforce integration

Actionable Agile report from Jira is not very intutive

My everyday tasks are visible in Jira. My manager can easily look at what I am working on. Comments is a great feature where we connect with Cross team members

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use.
you can create issues, stories and manage the time line of each stories.
you can create business types projects in it and workflows customisability.
we get detailed graphical information on Kanbon board, very easy to track any ticket
We can update the status of projects , add tasks and deadline and monitor the progress regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI/Ux need to be improved.
Sometimes it is very slow.
filter query needs to improve.

This will provide any team to manage scrum.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a easy to use project management tool.
1. This helps to keep diverse range of projects whether it is related to HR, sales, IT, Marketing , etc.
2. You can have different workflows, issue types based on the requirement of your project.
3. You can have role access on projects like admin, developer, tester and so on.
4. Permission schemes can be there to groups r user like browser permission or create permissions, etc.
5. You can create your custom plugins and add in the dashboard very easily.
6. A number of plugins are there in marketplace which is easy to install and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some Cons includes:
1. the reports are not usible.
2. First time users can find it difficult to learn and use.
3. File size upload is limited to certain size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems like permissions and roles were solved. The logs were there to track who did what changes. The issues has a detailed and custom fields which were descriptive and user can easily see the status of their issues. Whenever an issue is transitioned email updates are there.
