great for IT issue management

What do you like best about the product?
it is a great tool to manage IT releated support issue along side project managment especially in teams
What do you dislike about the product?
it can be taxing to learn how to use all the features

it allows us to use jira as a IT service desk allowing us to effectivley manage support tickets.

Ease to plan, manage and track work

What do you like best about the product?
JIRA allows us to create different projects and within those projects, we can create a sprint in which we can add the tasks we will be working on and track their progress.

To create stories for the upcoming sprint, we have a backlog bucket.

Several types of issues are used, but the most common ones are epics, stories, tasks, features, spikes, and bugs.

Working on a story requires an update on its status. We can create a workflow to do so.

It can be linked to Git Hub or Big Bucket so that we can see the progress of a particular story.

In addition to story points, work logs are included that track the amount of time it took to complete that task, and assignees indicate who is responsible for developing the story.

A sprint burndown chart can be checked at the end of the sprint to see how the sprint progressed.

In addition to the above, there are many other advantages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I did not encounter any issues, I do not have anything to dislike about JIRA, except that sometimes sprints disappear from the backlog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assign responsibilities effectively, track tasks in detail, and make real-time decisions based on data. As a result, communication and collaboration within the team have improved.

What do you like best about the product?
1. It will manage all the reports like billings, Accounts and management.
2. As a QA , Jira devops helps us to plan , execute , code and so on.
3. Integration also help us.
4. Our company use slack so with the help of jira we can also collab it through slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Use more filter to ease filtering the report.
2. Add by default tags which help new joiners.
3. Add a method to switch one report to another project report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. As you know raising the bugs and manage it are the big task.
2. Date and time help us to known when i raised this bug.
3. Filter by name help us to filter the bug to a specific person
4. Discussion is a very impressive thing inside the jira.
5. With the help of tags also you can filter bugs.
6. You can also use sprint for the developers to solve the bugs for a specific time and days.

What do you like best about the product?
Customised apps , third party provider in jira market place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile apps need to be improved, as it has some of UI issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All funtional and unit testing and production bugs getting tracked by Jira, it also helps for maintaining agile boards. Scrum meetings and daily user stories tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, integrations product with another tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notification- users receive numerous notification and updates which sometime leads to a information overload. Handling large and complex project we encountered performance issue sometime. It is important to note that some of these feedbacks can be mitigated with proper training and customization and staying upto date with latest development
